No, there is not. A question is a question. You can accept it as a query for additional information or an interrogative. But it is a question none the less. Failure to respond is response in itself and the questioner is then entitled to formulate an opinion, valid or not.

Well, that's interesting. There's never been a candidate here who polled only vote. People will see that a vote cast in your direction could lead to unfortunate consequences. I recall the elections of '57; the three people who voted for Winston Birdsong all had terrible accidents - they were never the same again. Dear Lord, the sight of their poor children's bodies upsets me even now.

Big Al, I take offense to your comment. I had a nigreess mammie growing up. I have had them working in my kitchen my entire life. My father, R.I.P., had a wonderful nigra, 'Chester'. He had this marevelous gravely sort of voice. He was always saying things like "Yaz Suh, Mista Hutchins boss, I'z workin as fas as I kin." It was a shame when he stepped on my brothers Isiaths toes and hurt his foot.
