believe me, i read enough of the bible to tell you that life today looks different than 2000 years ago.
And i think you also cant compare the bible stories (not the parables, i mean the real one) with the 3rd world countries which suffer because of our unfair trade, bad handeling with nature and climate and ignorance. USA is by the way on the top of the countries who support the poorness in the 3rd world. A sad fact..

i will give you some information about them: The Ku-Klux clan are an illegal group of people, who stand for radical racism and racial discrimination in the name of god. They burned in the past churches who were visited by black people, fought against the equal rights of black americans and killed in the night whole black families. After ist they put a burning cross in front of their house as their symbol. Today their illegal activities are still known and hunted by police.
