    hello... i am zoey and i need help

    I'm a young girl and I have commited many sins.. I finally accepted the Lord when I had a dream one night... It was a message from God. I have many questions which I will ask later and hopefully this forum will be of help to me in my journey.. My favourite verse is John 3:16 "for God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlating life" It helps me so much on my days of need, gives me so much hope. I have it plastered all over my house but, at the moment I do not attend a church, I attended for years as a child, but I have just moved cities and I am on the hunt! I will ask questions in other threads and hopefully you guys will be able to help me. thanks for your time!

    I see. It's nice you like John 3:16, Zooey.

    I prefer John 3:18 so much more. It reminds us that sinners and non-believers are already doomed.
    Christians are superior because we possess an understanding that unbelievers lack. It is through the Power of Jesus only the converted mind is able to understand what is going on in the world; what the Communists are really up to; what Satan's intentions are. Most unbelievers do not even believe in Satan and cannot understand his tactics.

      thank you, Levi. I like that verse too It reminds me that every day I must pray for the sinners and non-believers. I am gald that I have repented I'm so glad Christ gave his life for all f us, even though it took me a little longer to accept Him. I read the Bible every day now thanks for your time!

            Oh my goodness Reverend, that seems to be exactly what I'm looking for I would be glad to go into detail.. But it's embarassing and I'm ashamed of it.. But I must truely repent, so after we talk a little I would be glad to share with you! I'm almost 18

                I do I read it every day! I have a John book, and it's mini so I keep it in my purse for travelling (every day I'm on the bus for at least an hour) so John is drilled into my head But Every night before I go to bed I read my King James Bible, at least 10 pages it gives me so much hope! thank you for your concern though

                    No husband? Are you infertile or is your face disfigured from a combine accident? Or you prior to childbearing age?
                    Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

                      I am very fertile! And I think my face is fine! That being said, I should upload a picture And I'm 18 tomorrow! I wish my parents found me a good True Christian husband, but they have not so I must look for one on my own. Which will be a very hard task seeing as there is so many FALSE CHRISTIANS out there today

                        Sorry for my shocking words before but we get all types here and it saves everyone some grief if we simply are blunt and get straight down to brass tacks and not spend time fluffing the bush.

                        Tell us about your pie making skills and the best pie you have made. That is one sure fire way to catch a lad. Many a lady has stated one a fellow had a few slices of her sweet juicy pie, a marriage came soon thereafter.

                          I won't hold it against you, because I have seen some of the terrible things people post here. Especially the ones slandering the good Reverends, AND the Lord Jesus! I forgive you I just wish I knew how to prove myself so I don't have to be labelled "unsaved trash" anymore. All in good time though, I'm sure! Well the best pie I have ever made... hmm. Would have to be the apple pie I made for Christmas last year! I worked hard to invent my own recipe, and with a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar and the way i decorated the pie crust, it was amazing! And my skills, hmm. Well I'm always looking to try new recipes! I've made dozens of pies! I try to make at least one a week, along with cheesecake! I'm turning into quite the baker if I do say so myself

                            Zoey, your prayers have been answered! You are now a regular Forum Member! Congratulations!

                            You need to make your pie available for all the boys to attact the best one. Make sure it is open and dripping so they feel comfortable diving right in. The sweeter the better.

                              Many of were looking for God but didn't know it, and were looking in the wrong place . I John 2:16
