    I confess

    I am an atheist (former Christian). I have read this forum and how you think all atheist are satan worshipping sodomites.

    I become an atheist not because I hate god or because I want an excuse to sin. I just did some thinking and I just do not think he exists. I am supposed to believe in god because of the bible and I am supposed to believe the bible because it is the word of god. That is circular logic.

    Also, I know many other atheists, muslims, and gays and most of them are good people. You peolple need to stop speculating and treating it like facts.

    I do not hate America. I love it. It is not a Christian nation. It says so in the constitution. And if it was a Christian nation than I think someone ould have ammended the constitution to reflect that by now. It is legal to be a non-Christian and has been for more than 200 years. There is NOTHING you can do to make me convert.

    I do not hate or envy Christians. I have Christian friends. Everyone has a right to believe in what they want to believe in.

    ALso, the Bible has ABSOLUTLY NO AUTHORITY in the United States. The Constitution is the law of the land and it states clearly that the bible has no power hen ot comes to government.

    And how do we know you aren't some atheist PRETENDING to be converted to Christianity? This is nothing more disgusting to my TRUE Christian(tm) eyes than a pretend conversion.

    Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

We are going to keep breeding, keep indoctrinating and homeschooling our children, training them to vote Republican and believe the Bible without question, and someday, SOMEDAY we will have a True Christian(tm) theocracy where your Godless spawn will be put to death in accordance with the Holy KJV Bible:

          So, you will be able to give a few examples of criminal laws that are not Bible based...?

            I was once you. I once thought that it was okay to be an atheist. That atheists were kinder and smarter than other people. That they were 'cool' and 'with it' for not believing in 'fairy tales'. I was once as convinced as you are I would never be a religioner.

            But then God smacked some sense into me and I disowned my family and move to Alabama! Oh, that was certainly the best day of my life.

            I'll pray the same happens to you.

                  Typical atheist. Come on here, treating everyone with disdain.

                  I'd liken atheism to wearing dark glasses on a sunny day. Everything seems glum. Everything is dark. You cannot see as well. However, when you take them off, in a sense becoming a Christian, everything is bright, full of colour and life.

                  I have to feel sorry, as I sit here with my glasses off, soaking up the rays of His almighty love.
