Greetings, my name is Dai-Wang, I am 17 years old and attend Biddle Trail Baptist Church in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

I love Jesus, been Christian all my life and am happy to find such a lovely group of like minded individuals.

John 3:16 is a marvellous scripture with which to rebuke the unbeliever, for sure. Especially in its original and King James Version.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I love how it leads beautifully into underlining the subtle rebuke for waverers with the iron fist of God's hatred for the unbeliever.

17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

God's giving everyone a fair chance to believe in Jesus (even those people who live in rain forests and have never ever met anyone outside their own tribe) so everyone has a chance to stop listening to everyone they have ever met and to get with Jesus instead. It's all there and clear as anything. How can you not immediately see that Jesus' miracle-filled first life and temporary death was for this very purpose and no other?

18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

You burn if you don't believe. It's that simple. God speaks clearly and with no grey areas. He is a God of easy-to-understand and fair laws. You have no idea how refreshing it is to get someone coming into our Godly forums with the right attitude for a change instead of hateful atheists out to mock God.

Welcome aboard, Dai Wang! Are you any relation to the folks from Wang Laboratories?

Back in the old days, before Windows and Macintosh came along, I used to do all my work on a Wang PC. Really brings back fond memories; some nights I'd be up 'til the crack of dawn working on my Wang!

Well, that would have been impossible. Right up until you told us you were Chinese, I had no idea.

Of course I don't know what your descent is. I've no idea who your father and mother are. I should imagine that they are a couple of simple peasant people who go round smiling and not speaking any American.

Anyway, we know a lot about the Chinese here, there was that Charlie Chan guy, with his dimwitted but willing sons, then there was that guy who did my laundry in the 60's and ... Was Mr Magoo Chinese, he had funny eyes? Anyway, as I say, lots of Chinese around, so why should we bother?

Except for that dead madman Kim Il Jong, you have to admit, he gave you lot a bad name, what with starving people and all and taking Americans hostage.

But what about the epicanthic folds? Goodness, friend, you must have no peripheral vision at all! I understand you may prefer to think of that as a "challenge," rather than a handicap, and I certainly do admire you for that, but it must surely be a very big challenge, especially when you all are trying to drive cars!
