    Greetings from a newcomer

Hello and nice to meet you all!

I'd like to dearly apologize for any misspelled thing, missing spaces and added characters as I am on my mobile device. Anyways, onto a terrible introduction!

I am an Atheist, forgive me for this, I could have said I belonged to Christianity years ago but Atheism seems to be faring well for me. (Surprisingly enough!) I am related to or part of a few things most (or all) of you probably find inadequate or "wrong", however I am mainly here to observe and do not wish to be bashed or preached to in most manners I have viewed here. Amongst my inadiquacies are the following:

    - I am an Atheist (though I do not believe in scientology or certain evolutionist views)
    - I belong to the Furry Fandom (though I'm not your stereotypical Furry)
    - I own and operate a website similar to Neopets and dearly enjoy playing games similar as well.

So, this concludes my short, not-so descriptive introduction. I will most likely be shunned for all this, though I'd like to think you all are a friendlier bunch than those WBC folks!

They ignore the Bible on a regular basis, so all of them will burn in Hell, as will you.

Why did you decide to abandon Jesus and follow the path to eternal damnation instead? What did Satan do to seduce you? Free cable?

      @Cranky Old Man:

I was once an obedient follower of God, though as I grew older I felt as if I didn't agree with some of the many views listed in the Bible. (As well as what I was told in Church.) I soon began to think that everything I was told as a young child by my parents was a falsified way to depict God's reason and words. Though I'm sure you don't wish to hear every small detail of that, I apologize.

In short, I honestly feel as if I am better off attempting to choose and follow my own ppath in life. If it was Satan tricking me into this mindset, then so-be-it. I am much happier and cheerful now than I was as a Christian. Or at least seemingly I am.

Happiness is completely irrelevant. Fun is just Satan seducing you. Those few years we are alive pale in comparison to our eternal stay in Heaven or Hell. You need to seriously recalibrate your priorities.

I appreciate your opinion and views, however I'd preferrably stay my current religion. In no way do I dislike or discriminate against most other religions (unless I find some members of them such as most Atheists). Though I am just content where I am now.

Perhaps I'll reconsider and return to Christianity in my future, I may die before then too. But I dearly feel as if what I am is right, even if it is an illusion.

So, what brings you to a place like this? I hope you are not one of these door to door athiests. You will get into serious trouble when I find your Godless tracts handed out to my family Why do gays and other athiests always feel the need to recruit others to their lifestyle?

Thanks for lining this all up and making it so easy for me but I'm going to pass because I like a decent challenge.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Welcome friend, though I cannot imagine what a furry atheist would want from True Christians(tm) other to be Saved(c). Is that what you want? Help turning away from the depravity resulting from not giving your life over to Jesus?

Denying the existence of God is not unbelief but an exercise in self-deception. You may know things, but you cannot account for anything you know. Arguing against God's existence would be on par with arguing against the existence of air, breathing it all the while. You use the universal, immaterial, unchanging laws of logic, mathematics, science, and absolute morality in order to come to rational decisions, but you cannot account for them. These laws are not the only way God has revealed himself to you, but they are sufficient to show the irrationality of your thinking, and expose your guilt for denying Him.

There is a reason that you deny the existence of God and it has nothing to do with proof. I can show this to you. Do you think that you can continue to deny God because surely somewhere, sometime, a philosopher or scientist will come up with an explanation for universal, immaterial, unchanging laws apart from God?' Did you ever try to come up with an alternate explanation on your own?

Hoping that an alternate explanation for universal, immaterial, unchanging laws can someday be found apart from God, is a blind leap of faith, or wishful thinking. Isn't it interesting that this is exactly what professed unbelievers accuse Christians of?

Please examine the real reason why you are running from God. It is my prayer that God will open your eyes and change your heart so that you may be saved from your sin, embraced by His ferocious love, and that you will tithe robustly immediately using the Paypal button at the bottom of this page.

I think you're the first atheist we've had to admit atheism is a religion. That's what we've been telling atheists for years, but they usually deny it, saying something such as, "Atheism isn't a belief system." Anyway, I don't see why you should be tolerant of other religions. Every single religion except Christianity is dangerous. No other religion has any moral foundation. And false religions drive people to do terrible things. Just look at Islam. But I must say it bothers me that you're an atheist just because it feels right. You think it may be an illusion. You need to be clear in your own mind why you believe or don't believe. Believing whatever you feel is right is wishful thinking. Just because you want something to be true doesn't make it true. Wishful thinking makes you fickle. But I'd say the door to Christianity is locked shut for you, since you turned away from God.

Heb 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Everyone knows deep down that the God of the Bible exists because He has clearly revealed Himself through nature (Rom 1:18-32). Here's a simple test. If you know deep down God exists, then the Bible is right and we're right. Enjoy hell. But if you can look at nature and still be unsure about the existence of God, then the Bible is wrong and we're wrong and we are of all men most miserable (1 Cor 15:19).

And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
