    Saving the Godless in Mississippi

This is Mary Delacroix, proud Southern Baptist living in the GODless state of Mississippi.

Welcome to Landover. I take it that you are a widow as I see no mention of a husband. God has set aside a place and a duty for such as you. But first, I would ask that you confirm that, if you are a widow, you are within these verses:

1Tm:5:9: Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man,
1Tm:5:10: Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.

    and not within these:

    1Tm:5:11: But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry;
1Tm:5:12: Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith.

      Once again, welcome, Mary.

I am a proud Texan, and as such, I recommend my state. Although like yours, Texas has liberalized in recent years. But it's still good to know that of all the 50 states, Texas is still way back to the Bible compared to many hell-holes in the USA.

I look forward to seeing many more of your Godly contributions.

      Yours in Him,

      Pastor Ed

        Welcome, Sister.

The Lord loves an early riser.

I too am from Texas, still a Godly state, though suffering the presence of many of the Devil's people. I blame air conditioning, which has allowed a morally inferior and weakly strain of yankees and worse to flourish here. They congregate in the cities, where they can easily get to the free government services that allow the filthy wretches to survive.

Righteous Christians, who live in suburbia and the country side, still have control of most of the state and the state government, but the lower classes, who know not the Lord, control the larger cities. In their enclaves, it is not safe to venture out at night, or even in the daylight in many places. My own city is run by Democrat lawyers, who are an abomination before the Lord.

        What church do you attend?

        Tell us of your children.

        God Bless!
God judgeth the righteous, And God is angry with the wicked every day- Psalm 7:11

          Dear friend:

I welcome you in Christ's abundant love.

Before renouncing the Roman cult, converting to True Christianity™, and moving to Freehold, I lived in Virginia, a state that used to have a long, proud tradition of not accepting any lip from queers or from unelected liberal activist judges. That state still has politicians like Ken Cuccinelli, who, despite being a hellbound Mary-hailer, at least understands that unnatural sex acts are as grave a threat as any that this nation faces. Now, however, Virginia is an increasingly "purple" state where a miscegenating LIE-bertarian is doing shocking well in the polls.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

I have been without a husband for over 20 years, and have used the time alone to devote myself completely to GOD. The LORD had blessed me with a womb as fertile as the soil of the Mississippi delta, allowing me to be fruitful and spawn over 10 GOD-fearing boys and girls.

Once again, thank you for the welcome.

Many thanks to you, Paster Lowman. I have been to Texas before as well as its surrounding states, and would love nothing more than to relocate to a place where I can praise the LORD in peace without having to endure the ceaseless banter of the uneducated miscreants who idolize false gods.

What town would you recommend to a little ole' Baptist lady (such as I) for relocation? I've hear Lubbock is pretty good.

Thank you, Mr. Moss. Texas sounds a hundred times better than the decaying state of Mississippi despite some of the unGODliness the urban urchins have spewed.

I go to Ridglea Heights Baptist Church. I am also the proud mother of 10 GOD-fearing, beautiful young men and women who have delighted the LORD by being fruitful and multiplying soldiers of Christ! My days of giving them the switch have been proven effective.

                  Welcome to Landover Ms. Delacroix.

I see that your surname derives from French stock meaning "of the Cross", and hopefully your ancestors escaped the colonial cathylicks of New Orleans and the debauchery of quadroons and octoroons some time ago.

It's no accident that parts of Mississippi were not spared of God's wrath upon homer New Orleans with Katrina. It is wise to seek migration and avoid being caught up in any future collateral damage of life and property.

Meanwhile, may you find the friendship and communion of like minded Christians here on God's favorite forum.

Is really Mississippi that bad? I have read that it is the most christian state in all of God's favourite country. I guess I'll have to reconsider my somewhat encomiastic opinion of your home state.

Don't be proud. Pride is a sin because it is giving ourselves the credit for something that the Lord has accomplished. You are by His grace a southern baptist, and be thankful every day that you live in Mississippi and not Baghdad (or Sweden).

1 Cor 4:7 "For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?"

Fun Fact: Our first names rhyme. I like fun facts.

                            Greetings, Sister Delacroix!

I am currently in the Hoosier State. "Hoosier" refers to the people of the state of Indiana. There are differing opinions of how that term came about but I won't bore you with them here. Being old, you might die before you read the explanation anyway.

I can tell you that Indiana is NOT where you want to be. The closer you get to Godless towns like Indianapolis, or even worse, Gary, the more likely you are to encounter lieberals. There are areas where Christians are plentiful and where it is not unusual for a person applying for a job to be asked what church they go to, and places where Catholics are treated like second class citizens.

Of course it is up to the Senior Pastors, but have you considered Freehold as a potential home? This would seem to be a safe place for you until GOD calls you home to be with Him.

Well, the Lord bless you, Sister.

                            In His Name,
                            Brother Larry

What town would you recommend to a little ole' Baptist lady (such as I) for relocation? I've hear Lubbock is pretty good.
Lubbock is excellent, if not the Godliest. There and many surrounding counties are dry and still try to enforce as many Godly Texas Blue Laws as they can, although some liberal elements are trying to abolish them!

I'd recommend any small town, like Hubbard or one of my favorites, Gun Barrell City, or any suburb around Houston and Galveston (Sugarland, Pearland, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Friendswood, Katy, Texas City, and Clear Lake City). Watch out for San Antonio, Laredo, Floresville, Raymondville, and Brownsville as the mexkins have taken over.

But overwhelmingly,Jesus is really alive in Texas, but to think that Mississippi - the place where Brother Beckwith was first arrested for putting in place the loudmouth civil rights activist Medgar Evers in 1963 - could ever go liberal is just saddening!
