            Well, it's a difficult question because beliefs change with time - unlike the Bible which remains the same - so while I'd like to think that I wouldn't become a rapacious pedophile if I suddenly became an unbeliever, I can't know for sure. Satan is always busy, you know. (I Peter 5:8)

              I don't have to prove that something doesn't exist. The burden of proof lies with the person claiming what is there (that isn't). Air is invisible and intangible, but it can be measured. You can't measure a figment of the imagination.

                That is the reason why atheism is so silly. It's just ludicrous to imagine that God does not exist. It takes some wild imagination, I'll give you that.

                    See, this just proves that you can't do good without God. I was friendly and complimented your wild imagination and in response you lash out and start changing (in pathetic way) what I wrote. So sad.

                        My dear mud slinging atheist. We, on this forum, know that God exists. How else could you be here? The burden of proof is on you. Show us one thing that totally disproves that God exists and I will be happy to concede that you are correct in your assumptions.

                        Remember that your immortal soul is at stake here and you really don't want Satan to rape you with his barbed tallywhacker for the rest of aeternity, do you? Just imagine you, Satan and his minions perpetually committing unspeakable acts for all aeternity. It doesn't bear thinking about. Don't think about it, let God into your heart.

                            A rhetorical question:
                            Do all atheists lack basic grammar skills?
                            (I'll take Didymus as the exception which proves the rule)

                            I don't have to prove that something doesn't exist. The burden of proof lies with the person claiming what is there (that isn't).
                            Sweetie, it is you, an atheist, who has came to our Godly Christian forum, not the other way around. All of us here know that God exists, so we don't feel a need to prove it. However, if I was wasting my time on some atheist website, then I would have to prove God's existence.

                            I will pray that you'll see the Light and accept Jesus. I fear, however, that Hell is your unavoidable destination; nevertheless, you might be OK with it since you already live in Hell on earth (Detroit).

                                If you want evidence for God's existence, look up at the stars or look around you at nature.

                                Ps 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork.

                                Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

                                Creation is visible evidence of an invisible Creator.

                                We don't have a burden of proof, yet I have provided you with physical, measurable evidence of God's existence. That is enough to meet anyone's burden of proof. The Bible tells us it is enough for everyone to know God exists.

                                Conscience also testifies of God's existence. All humans have an innate sense of right and wrong. This was given to us by God. Where else could the human conscience have come from?

                                Rom 2:14-15 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;

                                I believe I have met my burden of proof. Where's yours?
