Yes, actually. It's called "accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior".

Now it's just up to that wizard to accept the treatment, or the burning of his STD will be nothing compared to the burning in Hell he'll experience.

No, accepting Jesus Christ didn't help this man. Vitamin A did. He has HPV (Which up 60% of men have) and a suppressed immune system causing the warts to spread. But a doctor was able to treat him with Vitamin A and he can live a more normal life now.
