No To a Bus Stop In Freehold

An Open Letter to the Citizens of Freehold
    from Johny Joe Hold, Mayor

I want to use this opportunity to pass along some information about public transportation in Freehold.

I was recently contacted by a representative of DART (Des Moines Area Transit Authority). The lady said DART had long wanted to serve the City of Freehold. She said a new route proposal could run bus service into Freehold allowing our citizens "low cost service to the greater Des Moines area."

The only requirement for us would be to buy one of those ugly little bus stop glass boxes and bolt it down on the corner of Devine and Trinity.

I had to explain again to the lady we do not believe in public transportation in Freehold, do not want any and would appreciate not being bothered with this nonsense again. In Biblical times, I explained, people walked themselves from one place to another. Today, we drive our own cars, following the Biblical principle of individuals being responsible for themselves.

I hope I have the support of you, the best citizens a Mayor could ever hope to serve.

Enjoy the rest of the summer. All the best.

    Johny Joe Hold, Mayor

A bus stop would attract welfare recipients, crack whores, communists, hippies, and other losers who have chosen to reject Jesus and prayer, opting for a lifestyle of poverty and anal sex. That would be an insufferable disaster. Next they would be sneaking into church, stinking up the pews with the strong smell of those who have anal sex more frequently than they shower!

Amen, brother. I fully support the mayor's efforts at keeping communism in all forms out of Freehold. Only bums and retardeds ride public transportation.

Pastor and Billy Bob, I cannot tell you how much your support means to me. It gives me energy to continue on.

Just in is another reason we do not want those bus stop shelters:

A local atheist group has erected ad panels on 30 bus shelters across Orange County encouraging commuters to doubt the Bible and God

Thank you, Mayor and Gentlemen, for standing strong against the tentacles of communism that forever try to creep their way into our Fair Freehold.

A term “public” per se reeks on commie-nism! I praise your relentless efforts to keep such kind of degenerated filth off Freehold, Mr. Hold!

Oh nooo! You don't want a bus stop polluting your town. As someone who lives in an area full of public transit trust me when I say it will bring all kinds of undesirables. Back when I used to take the bus I would always get hit on by meth addicts and even a few lesbians! Ick! My stuff would get stolen, people would ask me for drug money and fights would break out right on the bus .

Luckily my little suburb is combating public transit with all its might. You're definatly making the right choice to keep it out.

Re: No To a Bus Stop In Freehold

Public buses are UNACCEPTABLE!!! You want some public bus filled with un-American scum like illegal immigrants and liberals creeping down Avenue of the Saints with some pornographic advertisement on the side for the Golden Girls?? Maybe they can stop in front of our church and go in for some quick gay sex in the vestibule.

Mayor Franklin "Stalin" Conwie of Des Moines can keep his socialists buses at home, fine thank you.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Why not have a bus stop where the bus never stops instead? That way we have a nice trap for democrats and terrorists. We even could include a trapping pit to save our police force some work.

Bus stops are also magnets for graffiti so Heaven help the person who owns the house near this nuisance.

Nephew Zebulun tells me that a friend of his once read a book about a man whose friend's gardener used to travel on buses. By chapter 9 the man was dead.

I don't know if it were the gardener, the man or his friend (I don't think it was Zebulun's friend though) but I don't think that matters, "Say NO to Buses!"

That is terrible! Surely the people who funded that are on the path to Hell. Here in Seattle you can't get on a bus without seeing advertisements for those abortion mongers at Planned Parenthood not to mention Gay bars . They should ditch the term "bus" and start calling it what it really is- "sin box on wheels".

God bless you, Miss Christine, for saying it so perfectly. I wish I would have used those very words when the lady from DART called.

The thing is, she was offering the residents of Freehold "economical access to the Greater Des Moines area." What could our citizens find in the "Greater Des Moines area"?

A whole lot of sin, that's what.
