The Bible teaches us that all sicknesses are God's creation, and plagues have been long used by God to show His Wrath:

Deuteronomy 28:58-62
58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, The Lord Thy God;
59 Then the Lord will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.
60 Moreover he will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt, which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee.
61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which is not written in the book of this law, them will the Lord bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.

Hence, we can use the spread of the new Coronavirus as evidence of which nations and people within each nation God hates the most. I am using statistics which are available as of today (from this website). Over time, we can see if God continues to hates the same countries, or maybe His hate towards some countries increases, and towards others decreases.

As of today, and just looking at the number of dead, God hates:

1. China (2664 dead). Why would God hate them is obvious: godless communists.

2. Iran (16 dead). Duh, Muslims who hate the US (which makes them worse than Muslims who sell us oil).

3. South Korea and Italy (11 dead in each). Considerably less hate than towards Chinese and also behind Iran, but well ahead of other countries. Half of the cases in Korea are attributed to a single religious sect - God is very clearly hinting that He hates the Shincheonji Church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Shincheonji) more than the other heretics. As far as Italy is concerned, God's reason for His Wrath is obvious - the Vatican is there.

4. Diamond Princess cruise (4 dead). I always knew God hated cruises, and now I have proof. God let us invent airplanes, rendering passenger boats unnecessary.

5. Hong Kong (2 dead). Seems that God hates Hong Kong less than mainland China - for now, anyway. Possibly because these people got civilized a bit when they were an English colony.

6. Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, and France (1 dead each). I'm surprised France didn't score higher, but maybe God is just starting there.

Please note that there is no single death from Coronavirus in 's favorite country: the Godly ! Let's rejoice and praise for loving us when He abhors so many!

Oh, yes! This is so true, dear Sister Basilissa, and how I do thank you for raising this very important issue. Why, I've just been reading about Iran's Deputy Health Minister and how he has tested positive for this coronavirus disease. Apparently, earlier, he had been denying the severity of the deaths in his country. Well, that liar is getting exactly what he deserves! The will not sit by idly while these rebellious nations lie and plot against beloved !

Italy has confirmed 322 cases of the virus, the highest number of coronavirus infections outside Asia. Could it be any more obvious Jesus hates the Pope and all his minions? I am so glad I was saved from that hateful, pedophilia machine. I just pray my mother finds her way out before she spends eternity in her frail old body (or would it be her body from her prime? I don't think the Bible is clear on this) serving Satan and his demons from the discomfort of the Lake of Fire. ROME (ChurchMilitant.com) - Pope Francis is weighing in on one of the most troubling theological questions of all time: Does God bring about natural disasters and other trials to punish humans for their sins? His answer is "No."

But Mother Nature does.

In a Skype interview aired on Spanish television, Francis suggested the global pandemic is nature's response to man's ecological sins: "God always forgives. We forgive from time to time. Nature never forgives. Fires, earthquakes ... nature is kicking in so that we take care of nature."

Some analysts note that embedded within the pontiff's remarks are important teachings — and not all of them helpful. For example, despite the Pope's claim, it is not clear that God forgives as part of sinners' confession of — or at least contrite repentance for — past sins, coupled with a firm purpose to avoid these sins in the future.

Without these well-known Catholic parameters, the pope's claim, while comforting at first blush, ultimately fails. The claim would then be twin brother to Bp. Robert Barron's belief that all men have a reasonable hope of salvation.

Furthermore, Catholic theologian Dr. Gavin Ashenden — a convert from Anglicanism — told Church Militant recently that position risks "turning God into a 21st-century, non-judgmental therapist by claiming that he never chastises us.

Pointing to Romans chapter one, where divine punishment comes about as a result of apostasy from God due to idolatry and to inverted and perverted sexual behaviors, Ashendon says we are "making God into a therapeutic figure rather than a Father known in awe and received in mercy" and that "the former deepens our innate tendency to narcissism, a looking inwards, while the latter directs our gaze more properly beyond ourselves in a more authentic worship and a deepened penitence."

We also hear from Pope Francis that an entity called "Nature," controls the physical universe. This entity, which cares nothing for humanity, does have the capacity for anger and other negative emotions that it unleashes when it feels threatened by human actions. The belief in such superior powers has led humans to seek appeasement from these false powers and to worship them.

An evangelical pastor is claiming the coronavirus is God’s “death angel” seeking justice for those “transgendering little children” and putting “filth” on TVs and movies.

Christian Pastor Rick Wiles told his TruNews web show viewers to not “get into crazy, whacked-out theories” about what he warned could be a “global pandemic” that kills “hundreds of millions of people.”

No lies detected. Christian Pastor Rick Wiles seems to really know his stuff on the kung-flu. If anyone needs preparedness or medical advice to give to their loved ones, I'd recommend material from Christian Pastor Rick Wiles.

The China virus is a spiritual crisis rather than a medical one and obviously a Christian Pastor is the ideal emergency contact. Much better than a doctor or even a regular pastor. A Christian Doctor (of Apologetic Theology) is close, but concerned parents are really going to want a full-blown Christian Pastor on speed dial.

Outside of Landover itself, Christian Pastors don't come much better than Christian Pastor Rick Wiles. When I found out about him yesterday and then listened to his entire half-hour talk on the Pikachu flu, I recognised that Christian Pastor Rick Wiles was a name to which I could lend my seal of approval. And God's, of course! Glory! Yes, I believe in Christian Pastor Rick Wiles completely. I've never met him personally, of course, but I've heard and read good things and I think it's a sign of virtue to be able to place your faith in someone like that.

As I told my dear mother, she really honestly doesn't need to see Christian Pastor Rick Wiles in the flesh.. And neither do I. I mean, imagine if I somehow lost my eyesight and I met him. I would still have met him and I would still know he was there. It would just be a sort of.. I guess you could say "blind" faith? The point is that Christian Pastor Rick Wiles is a fantastic man and stop fussing, mother.

I noticed in this Newsweek coverage that he also monitors what's on television (I do not have a television) and what's available in cinemas.

"Look at the spiritual rebellion that is in this country, the hatred of God, the hatred of the Bible … the filth on our TVs and our movies."

That is a sacrifice he makes which many will appreciate. Occasionally I go to a cinema if asked but am selective about what's on. There is a good reason for this due to some years ago, when visiting friends for a few days, we went for an afternoon walk and someone said, "Hey, let's see a movie!" We all agreed and simply walked into the first cinema that turned up. Didn't even bother to check what was on, just bought tickets for the next film to screen and sat down. I noticed that there were a lot of funny looking people in the audience. It started off with Miranda Richardson in Ireland doing something and this man got run over. He'd had a picture of his fancy pants secreted away somewhere.

"H-h-h.. (gg gg gg) ..h-h-here," he croaks. "L- Lo- Loo.. (ow! ow! ow!) ..look after fancy pants after I'm g-g-g-gone (gurgle)"

I wasn't enjoying my afternoon. Things deteriorated when fancy pants was located and I don't want to encourage random cinema visits so won't include any spoilers. Had I been aware of Pastor Wiles' public service looking at the filth in advance this could all have been avoided.

The more important reason though, and why I've never owned a television, is what goes on peripheral to the story itself. Product placement is one example, where Blenkinsop pays to have packets of his oriental bile lozenges casually strewn around or the hero drives a Goggomobil. The same applies to values, the idea that certain attitudes are better than others never actually stated but necessary for the plot to work. They are rarely values a Christian could endorse and if someone saw me leaving that cinema they might have thought I did endorse the values implicit in the story. Too few Pastors go that extra mile.

Fortunately we have The Pastoral Team (and our deaconess) to advise us on similar matters here as God's plague progresses.

Thank you for keeping track, dear, but if you look at the current (updated daily) map of affected counties, God is still wiping off the Democrats in Metro Detroit area. So while the numbers change daily, the overall picture (God wreaking havoc in cities) remains the same.

Well, you seem to have a bit of a problem where you live, dear - 214 cases in Jefferson county and 72 in Shelby county. So Hoover, Alabama, is just about a week or two behind Detroit in body count. Therefore, you should be paying less attention to the frozen wasteland of the north, and start keeping tabs on you local news. Internet tells me that Jefferson county went for Clinton in 2016, so God's wrath is to be expected.
