Raj Rajaratnam is in jail today. His crime; pursuing the American dream and being successful at it.

Just what did they allegedly do? Using information gleaned from wiretapped conversations between the accused and others, along with the statements of an apparent informant, SEC investigators have pieced together a series of episodes alleging to show how the defendants used inside information and well-timed trades to turn million-dollar profits.

In other words, using his God given constitutional right to association to fix prices Rajratnamn is branded a criminal today. This is how success will be rewarded in the future in Obama's America; brutal police state punishment and show trails. Rajratnamn will be lucky to escape a bullet to the back of his neck for being a good hedge fund manager.

Some may think this about race. Obama is just keeping the coloreds down and in their place like the racists he is. Do not be fooled. Raj skin color may have left him vulnerable but it was the green of his money that the wolves were after. In Obama's America no man, black or white will be allowed to succeeded.

It's so sad. If they can't tax you out of business, the Obama administration will trump up charges against you. Rajaratnam is being railroaded the same way that poor Jim Bakker was.

This is yet another example of traditional-values America under attack. It seems like every day there are more and more of these crusades against America. We used to call this business-sense "gumption" and "killer instinct", and now all of a sudden Obammy wants to call it "illegal"? Whatever happened to letting the "free market" sort it out? Isn't that a lesson we all learned under George W. Bush? The Free Market will solve the problem! Look at Enron, perfect example: the owners were perhaps a little unscrupulous, but the free market rooted the problem out and all that was lost was a few dollars here and there. Spread that loss out over a couple million people and all anyone lost was a couple pennies. Now 0-banana wants to preside over everyday business practices and play God. Well I won't stand for it. We need to have a hands-off approach and let the free market do what it does best: reward those with the killer instincts to make a profit. That's what Jesus intended when He set up Capitalism.

Wiretaps??? Brother Raj commits an youthful indiscretion, cuts some corners to get the job done like American have always done and the Feds are on his behind like he is the Mafia??? Suddenly your Al Copene if you end up with $20 million you shouldn't have. This is just a sick travesty of a judical system out of control.
