Re: There are no contradictions in the Bible!
Everyone is born under the wrath and curse of God. We don’t subscribe to the airy-fairy muslim belief that all babies are born pure and that if they die they go automatically to the highest paradise – which proves we don’t believe in an afterlife just out of wishful thinking. Faith in Jesus is the only way to avoid condemnation. Whoever doesn’t believe is already condemned. Condemnation is man’s natural state from birth.
Ps 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
Jn 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
God choses which babies He will love and which ones He will hate even before they are born. In fact He made His choice even before He created the earth.
Rom 9:10-13
10 And not only [this]; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, [even] by our father Isaac;
11 (For [the children] being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth)
12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love.
Although many muslims believe the Flood was local or affected only some parts of the world, the Koran doesn’t explicitly say it was local. In fact, a natural reading of the relevant verses strongly implies a worldwide Flood and that Noah took two of every animal on board the ark with him. The Koranic account uses similar language to the Biblical account.
71:26 And Noah said, "My Lord, do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant.”
54:11-12 Then We opened the gates of the heaven with rain pouring down and caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined.
23:27 So We inspired to him, "Construct the ship under Our observation, and Our inspiration, and when Our command comes and the oven overflows, put into the ship from each [creature] two mates and your family, except those for whom the decree [of destruction] has proceeded. And do not address Me concerning those who have wronged; indeed, they are to be drowned.

The Qur’an has an uncorrupted account. The flood was only a local flood, affecting only the people of Noah.
