Well we all know who failed geometry in high school. That explains why he also decides to take the simple minded approach to understanding the world around us. You can, and I have, DIRECTLY OBSERVED the earth being spherical. So has EVERY single human to ever have been in space.

Mars CURIOSITY. Ever heard of it? A quite recent Mars rover. It was sent to the surface of a spherical mars using predictions of planetary orbits orbiting around a Sun. The margin of error was ZERO. Everything had to be PERFECT because the distance between our planets is so great it takes 7 minutes for the signal from the instruments to reach Earth. This means that the whole landing was completely autonomous. Tell me how they could have done this while having 100% incorrect information about the orbits of the planets? The couldn't have. But they did.

Simple man's response; they didn't do it. Yet I saw it happen live. Stayed up until 1am to do it. Ask the scientist who are paid 100k+ to conduct such an event. As we speak, the rover is automatically roving around mars analyzing soil so we can LEARN. So we can EDIT our previous knowledge now that we have DIRECT evidence. See? Knowledge is dynamic. As new evidence appears we learn NEW things. Yes, some things are proven wrong. That's what science is; constructive criticism in order to learn contantly. But you bible tools wouldn't know anything about that. It's easier and safer to simply blindly believe words written by sandmen 2000 years ago, like lost sheep.

Atheists work hard at dismissing anything that doesn't fit their world view that there is no God so they can have all the anal sex they want with no consequences.
