This is just more widespread government-sanctioned discrimination against straight people like us. What about OUR rights to enjoy a hot steamy shower with our soldier buddies, joking around, doing horseplay, and playing grabass without having to worry about Sgt. Even by overturning Defense Directive 1304.26 there is still the UCMJ to consider.

Article 125 of the Universal Code of Military Justice states that to engage in,. “unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy.”

Article 80 covers the attempt to engage in a crime, such as attempting to violate Article 125.

Article 134 is the catch all for offenses not specifically covered by other articles or in the Manual for Courts-Martial. These include things which may, "cause disorder and neglect to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, or conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces." Things such as: disloyal statements, unclean equipment, improper wear of military uniform, abuse of public animals, adultery, bigamy, bribery, fraternization, et al.

Congress, by allowing Article III courts to even hear cases involving the military is allowing the constitution to be violated. Supreme Court precedent sets this in stone. I can provide some of those precedents if requested.

Did you guys watch ALL of this sick video? In the end, he starts pointing out that while the queers are now allowed to ruin our armed services from within, something called "transgenders" (TGs) are not. I had to look up "transgender" and I puked my guts out when I found out what it meant. I thought the gays were bad enough since you couldn't tell which guys you were wrestling wanted to turn you into a sinning hulk of gay man flesh. But THIS....this is insidious! To get things straight in my head, I started checking out beautiful eligible Christian women on some dating sites and found this nice young lady who seems to have a lot to offer a man:

Of course you are correct Brother Davis. I didn't mention those because they're as plain as the nose on my face. I bring up the secular military and civilian laws because we are commanded to follow them by God. If not, we'd have cleaned up America already. I think God did this to show us that He is the way. How can we know His light if we don't know the darkness.

You see, along with my biblical studies I also study constitutional issues - to see if the two agree with each other. While the constitution doesn't allow us to kill homers outright, banning them from our military is within the scope of powers granted to congress and to the office of the president. In the Separation of Powers, Article III courts have NO jurisdiction over military matters or courts martial. Precedents have been set which confirm this analysis.

The 1858 Supreme Court case of Dynes .v Hoover, in and 8 to 1 decision, ruled that it nor any lesser Article III court had jurisdiction over courts martial. Justice James Moore Wayne went on to say, "These provisions show that Congress has the power to provide for the trial and punishment of military and naval offenses in the manner then and now practiced by civilized nations, and that the power is given without any connection between it and the third article of the Constitution defining the judicial power of the United States, indeed, that the powers are entirely independent of each other."

Technically I wasn't a fag until I was OUT of the military.

At the end of my hitch I had a "separation physical" wherein I was anally assaulted by a military doctor during a fisting ritual referred to as an "prostate exam" and soon afterward I spiraled into a 2-year nightmare of queer debauchery.

Without going into all of the sordid details, let's just say I was a catcher from both sides of the field.

It was only through the sweet, sweet love of Our Lord Jesus Christ that I was able to spit the disgusting jizz of homerism out of my life and embrace Christianity.
