The sun is powered by nuclear fusion. It is easy to calculate at which temperatures nuclear fusion would occour. I did all the calculations abd posted it here. Please go back ~20 or so pages and read up on it.

How do YOU know it is NOT powered by nuclear fusion? Have you been in the sun to prove it otherwise? Since you can't prove it, I guess we should go with the idea that god made the sun incredibly huge and powered it with nuclear fusion, which is much more efficient and longer lasting than coal.

It was you guys who started this, so it is up to YOU to prove that the sun is NOT powered by nucler fusion. Some here are to unintelligent to understand light emission spectra and how they show us what is inside the sun, I guess you have to go up to the sun yourselves and feel it so see it is not coal.

The so-called "scientific community" naturally has a vested interest in perpetuating myths of a round earth, a Godless universe, global warming, and all sorts of other immoral abominations. We know that coal burns to give off light and warmth. That is observed numerous times on earth. However, nuclear fusion is never observed here. Why accept a complex solution using nonexistent natural processes while simple solutions using existing natural processes are available?

I'm also confused why you keep insisting on nuclear fusion: it doesn't happen naturally on earth. Didn't you hear that for a nuclear reactor, you have to enrich Uranium first? It can ONLY occur through non-natural means. So we have two possibilities:

• God made the sun a gigantic atom bomb -- problem: we all know that an atom bomb is not stable
• humans traveled millions of miles to make an atom bomb... but we KNOW that we cannot travel that far!

If you go for option 1, you have to admit that God designed the universe. Catch 22, eh?

This is a Christian forum. We have no time for superstitions like "Greenhouse gasses" and "Global Warming" that have little bases in Christian Science. Prius are tools of the devil he created to mock good and TRUE Christians (white, Baptist, Republicans) by attacking their vehicle of choice; the SUV.

The problem with your "logic" such as it is, is your twenty year old car would have produced just as much CO2 when manufactured as the Prius. Since cars don't last a "lifetime" in Godly places like Iowa due to rocks salt from the roads in winter the idea you can keep a car that long is laughable and you are buy a new car anyway. So the Prius is still ahead in the secularist lie of the Global Warming game.
