Not only is my KJV missing pages, but my Koran seems to have extra ones. Surah 9:123 seems to say:

Incidentally, which of the ten commandments is it that decries false prophets? I'm not saying they're a good thing - Matthew 7:15 - but the ten commandments have nothing to say about them.

See Pastor Ezekial, Here is the problem. I've read your thread. You can't really "own" a section of the internet. You can buy a URL and make a forum, and even password protect it, but all in all it can still be hacked. People can still get in. The internet is public property.

Are you telling me that the only reason that you believe God put me on this Earth was the bake pies and bear children? Because I am unable to bear children and I can tell you I am a bad cook, but I have a near genius IQ, a talent for art and 3D design, and many wonderful traits and talents that your "God" gave me. So are you calling me a worthless human being? Should I be dead or in Hell because I cannot bear children because of a past sickness? Should I be condemned because I use birth control because an accidental pregnancy would kill me? Please tell me your opinion, sir.

Your statistic is meaningless without infant mortality rates. Where the "average life expectancy" is "35" and ½ the population dies very young (birth trauma, infection, disease etc.) everyone who survives would need to live to 70 - and we know that they did live that long.

It was exactly the same in the 1700's. Infant mortality was high by modern Christian standards and the "average" life expectancy was about 40 BUT everyone who survived childhood lived just as long as we do if not longer.

That's why families tended to be larger, to allow for the early death of some children. The modern secularist however would like to see 0 children per homosexual "couple" and the world as they would describe it a billiard ball in space. In reality it is a description of the inside of their heads.

Just think about how much people have evolved since the time of Jesus! In the day of the Roman Empire the average height was about 4'6" or shorter. If you made it to 40 you were considered elderly. So that means that all the limbs and organs of the body were much smaller. The body was adapted for different conditions. Their culture and the way they survived was much harsher. Birthrates had to be higher in order for the area to prosper. It is really amazing.

Well, quite honestly I wouldn't unless I hadn't witnessed one. So I guess the day I witness a talking snake I will believe in them too. I like to believe in facts and hard evidence. I find a lot more facts and evidence of ghosts than I do of talking snakes.

WideOpen, I'm really sorry to hear that your IQ test was so low. I was just poking fun. I meant no harm. An IKJV test doesn't mean anything in the real world when you are applying for a job, or trying to get into college though. I would suggest retaking the IQ test if you really had such poor results. They even offer free tests online that you can practice with before you take the real thing with your job counselor or administrator. Good luck!
