After doing extensive research in the bible, among pastors, at bible study groups, everywhere, one thing has become very evident and it is something all can agree on. The world is indeed a sphere, much in the same way that Mary Etheldreda's 6 chins are spherical.

God doesn't need your backing. The Bible is the Word of God. Not once did you use the Bible to back YOUR information, and you still seem to want to pretend to know Christ. The Earth is flat. Period. You can't yammer your way into making the opposite true without Biblical proof. You came here. The burden of proof (aka Scripture) lies on you.

You were even told to introduce yourself in the introduction forum, but you seem to desire rabidly spitting in the face of God by trying to pick fights with Pastors. The thread creator wasn't "backing up God," he was quoting scripture to stop people like you from strutting in like a ninny and rampantly defying the word of God. If you would go back a few pages i came here to SUPPORT the flat earth policy with the rest of you, but all you people did was turn me away with your ridiculous attempts at proof, your contradictions, and inability to mount any sort of cohesive argument or rebuttal. And Papist's continual use of Heathen imagery only further proves that none of you have any idea what you are going on about.

And yes i did use scripture in several of my posts to highlight how bigoted and prideful the people of this community are. When you find yourselves burning in everlasting fire you think back to all this and wonder how you could be so stupid. Jesus is no doubt pulling out all his beard hair as we speak in frustration over the fact that all clearly have not the slightest concept of what was trying to be communicated in the Bible.

I tried to back the word of God and agree with the so called Christians on this site, and I get reprimanded for it and told "God dosent need to be backed up" yet the CREATOR of this thread did so with the sole purpose of backing up God, yet he is not reprimanded.

I can imagine if God is looking down on this thread now he is slapping his forehead screaming "JESUS CHRIST! I created grammar teachers to instruct people what a metaphor is and still these people are clueless about the message Im trying to say in my book!"

I have searched the KJV1611 and the word 'metaphor' isn't in in it. Metaphor just means the bits that weak Christians wish were not there. The six day creation was literal until scientists came up with so called evidence to the contrary. So the creation story then changes to a metaphor.

dear faithful brothers and sisters, this topic and website has attracted my eye because i do believe that you are the true and few righteous people of the world deserving eternal salvation with Jesus in heaven.

I too wish to become among your ranks so that I may sleep easy at night knowing that I have embraced the lord as my personal lord and savior, and will one day bask in his glory in Heaven.

I wish to believe the earth is flat and that is why I have come here so that my future brothers and sisters may help me to be as righteous as you are, but I also do realize that when it is daytime here in America, family members of mine in Australia are experiencing night time. Why do they not experience daytime with me as well, when the sun is at its highest point, since the earth is flat?

Since you came in uninvited ASKING for help, the burden of proving the Earth is round in Scripture lies on you. I'm honestly quite disappointed. In fact, I'm more worried. I honestly thought that this website was a joke when I came across this thread. The idea that the earth is flat is a ridiculous one. If you wish to remain in that realm of sheer stupidity and use your book of magical quotes as a shield for your ignorance, then feel free to do so. But once you start using your bible for evidence, then it crosses the line. Its as if I could create my own bible to prove my own proposterous theories (the bible was man-made by the way).

Its clear from what I've read so far, your only source of education has been the bible, and I sincerely hope that you don't read anything else. People like you don't have the capacity to understand science, or even just common sense.
