I have read the Bible, to a certain extent. For the most part, I am not as interested in it as I am in the way True Christians think.

As Ezekiel Bathfire, Brother Alex, BelieveInGod explained the second image, the corners would be the corners of a square inside the circle of earth, as opposed to the first image, where the corners are the corners of one side of a rectangular prism outside the circle of earth.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say the corners are "inside the circle". If you compare the larger square on the outside, the "inside corners" would correspond with the "outside corners".

I'm really not seeing all of these contradictions that you seem to be finding. Perhaps instead of trying to confuse us, you should pick up a KJV Bible

How can you explain the horizon

Two things combine to give the illusion of an horizon. Here is a picture.

In Fig 1, you see how things get smaller the further away they are. Eventually everything becomes a dot or a line.

In fig 2 you can see how the rays from your eyes that detect things are affected by the earth's magnetism (as Einstein explained) and therefore you can only see so far and no further.

Instead, notice how they are jagged and have squared off corners. This proves time zones were created by a superior being (God) and they follow what He determined is correct. Accordingly, He illuminates the firmament to match.

You keep saying this. However, the Bible tells us of several events that are just plain impossible if what you say is true. Most notable is the story of Joshua's attack on the Amorites.

Joshua 10:13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

(Incidentally, the whole chapter is a ripping good read and shows how enemies of God can expect to be hacked to pieces and smashed with stones from Heaven.)

Exactly how could that have happened as described if the earth zooms round the sun? And for the moon to stop as well? That means the earth would both have to stop spinning and stop going round the sun according to your ridiculous theory. Surely we'd all fall off!

There's simply no way both can be true at the same time therefore your science once again is proved to be a lie. GLORY!

I would like to point out the terrible arguments that have been made on this... the most obvious is the terribly faked pictures posted as "proof" found on a 10 second google image search.

Here's some proof the earth is round:

One of the oldest proofs of the Earth's shape, however, can be seen from the ground and occurs during every lunar eclipse. The geometry of a lunar eclipse has been known since ancient Greece. When a full Moon occurs in the plane of Earth's orbit, the Moon slowly moves through Earth's shadow. Every time that shadow is seen, its edge is round. Once again, the only solid that always projects a round shadow is a sphere.

Pictures have been taken from space showing that the Earth is round THOUSANDS of times. It's not just one or two "doctored pictures". How did somebody doctor EVERY photo and not let a single one of a flat Earth escape??

But here's the most obvious one; where's the end of the Earth? If it just ENDS, why hasn't anyone been there before?! How do you explain NASA sending countless satallittes and shuttles and instruments into space, and we've made precise and direct observations that the EARTH REVOLVES AROUND THE SUN AMONG THE REST OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM!!

I've noticed in order to explain your ending Earth theory you've made up a force. Please prove the existence of this force using the only way possible; science.

Because the Bible is scientifically inaccurate on every level. The Earth revolves around the sun. The Earth is round. You can directly observe BOTH. The bible doesn't even state that the earth is flat. Referring to the "ends of the earth" is just a poetic way of saying EVERYWHERE ON THIS ROUND EARTH.
