Speaking of motion pictures, that reminds me ... didn't Meghan's father try to take over the British throne a few years ago? I am certain that I had heard that he had been plotting to be the king. It's little wonder that the poor Queen is so upset with Meghan now.

Sad news for the self-effacing couple. A kind lady in California started a GoFundMe page to raise the money to pay off their mortgage. But it was shut down after attracting a mere $110. There were only three donations, one of which ($5) came from the lady who started it.

Isn't their life tragic? Really, it's just one setback after another, and yet they bear it all with such stoicism.

Immigrants to the US normally need to have a job lined up to get their J1 visa (or H1B if they have a special skill). They may also qualify for the EB-5 gold green card, with help from the Kushners, if they have $500k spare to create jobs for the local plebs. However the quote above makes it sound like possibly the Merkels may not have been truthful on their application.

Goodness, I always thought she was Canadian, or African. That does make a difference. If His Sussexness had the foresight (approx. 1 year) to get his I-130 approved while in the UK then he would currently be waiting for the I-485 to come through followed by an interview with the welcoming arm of the USCIS. He should be fine as long as he has declared his military service and there are no warrants from his prior vacations in Las Vegas.

And the switch to the persecution polka hasn't improved matters, as they are constantly being elbowed out of the way by SJWs, joos, mooslims, the poor ... need I go on?

The level of egoism (or do I mean egotism? I probably mean both) is astonishing and of course self-identifying as persecuted is quite the thing these days. They should try becoming True Christians™ if they want to experience genuine persecution! But they don't, do they?

Philippians 2:3 provides sound advice here but I am not optimistic that they will take it: Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

You need not. Luckily their script writer has developed the persecution narrative to arc toward one of salvation and redemption (hm, sound familiar?). I fully expect a range of Wellness products and self-help books designed with all their NPD cunning to extract the maximum amount of money from "oppressed" people. Us Christians, already safe in the bosom of Jesus (subject to tithing level), have no need for this kind of song and dance.

We have learned Meghan lied about their wedding. She told Oprah they were married secretly by the Arch Bishop three days before to big ceremony. Now we learn their marriage certificate is dated the day they were on television. Is this just a "I'm a girl, we're terrible at math" silliness or something much bigger.

The date of a wedding is an important issue. It determines the earliest possible date of birth of a first child. This makes you wonder what else she is not truthful about.
