You'll never go to Heaven. It's written. Get that into your head. Just because some people who want your money in their collection plate tell you what you want to hear doesn't mean that deep inside they don't consider you a filthy pervert who needs to repent and start making babies like a normal person. Any Christian worth the name knows you are a hellbound piece of human trash destined for the lake of fire.

God hates you so much if we had true laws based on Biblical morality you could be killed as soon as you were found in sodomy without any comeback to the killers. That's how much God hates you.

It's obvious what he meant, he meant that regardless of how much homosexuals may believe in God, it will still cause them to spend an eternity in hell fire if they don't change their ways. Trust be told most homosexuals don't believe in the "true God", instead they paint their own 'god' one that will understand their homosexual ways. God makes it very clear in the bible that homosexuals will go stright to hell unless they change their ways. There just is no sugar coating it. Most gay's will claim the bible is fake, since they know there is nothing good in it about their sins.

I had to answer "I'm queer" because I'm queer.

Ironic, though, because I know some very religious queer people. I even helped a queer friend of mine write a paper for seminary. How would she answer? She's queer but she's also deeply religious.

Anyway, my boyfriend used to be Mormon until I convinced him to give up on the LDS church. Which would be worse? Being Mormon or queer?

Did your God not teach to love everyone equally? Surely the aim of a religion is to create a good relationship between all humans and allow them to live amongst each other without causing any hostilities. The fact that the word "Scum" is used surely breaks the commandment "Love thy neighbour". You people are twisted, If there is a God then he certainly thinks you are all filthy people with no morals, the creator of the universe would want us to coexist in peace and harmony rather than be the cause of aggressive behaviour. Since you have been so open and explicit when conveying your opinions I would now like to state that all Religion is wrong (other than religions like Buddhism and Jainism, if you are willing to refer to them as religions), It has held back the progress of Humans for millenia and is used as a tool to manipulate a population of docile, unintelligent, backward creatures who have IQs lower than their ages. This website has bought unhappiness into my already negative world, you people disgust me, you are no better than the Terrorists that rule the west and previous tyrants such as Hitler. I just want to understand these beliefs, to me I feel like the reason a God would've put us here is to live peacefully and enjoy the life he gave us. I don't believe that such extreme beliefs can be justified by saying "God wanted us to live this way and believe these things", I think the Bible was written in a 100% non-literal way and can be interpreted in many different ways.

You are not being wise as serpents (my interpretation of this is that God wants you to be sly and decietful) by openly displaying your agendas to the internet which is populated by mostly kind people. I would like to have debates with people on this website but I don't see that you are reasonable people, all christians are pretty stubborn. If you convince me that you can hold a good conversation (and are willing to do so) please let me engage in civilized conversation with you.
