You are taking Daniel 1:16 out of context. Daniel and his friends did not eat the meat because it was unclean meat, and eating vegetables is still better than eating meat God didn't allow us to eat in Scripture.

But God is very clear that He holds eaters of meat in higher regards than vegetarians:

Psalm 111:5:
He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant.

Romans 14:2:
For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

1 Timothy 4:1-5:
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

Again, you're taking Passages out of context. This is what they really read:

Leviticus 10:9:
Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations:

This Verse only says that we are not allowed to drink strong drinks when we congregate, in other words, go to church. It does not say anything about drinking strong drink when we aren't in church.

Judges 13:4-5:
Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing: For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.

This Verse only applies to the parents of Samson and Samson himself, who, as a Nazarite, is not allowed to drink strong drink. It doesn't apply to any other person than those three.

1 Samuel 1:14:
And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.

This is what Eli says to Hanna because he thinks she is drunk when Praying in the temple, which is forbidden by Leviticus 10:9. It doesn't forbid anyone else than Hanna to be drunk, and even then only because she is in the temple.

So, all three of your examples do not apply. Let's see what the Bible does say:

Song of Solomon 5:1:
I am come into my garden, my sister, my spouse: I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk: eat, O friends; drink, yea, drink abundantly, O beloved.
