You need to read this entire thread. We never said we condoned rape. But once a rape has occurred, the woman is obliged to marry the rapist.

We have discussed why women get raped. The rapist does not always bear all the responsibility. Secular law will deal with the rapist.

I suggest stop being so self righteous and think/read/comprehend before you speak, you'll look less silly.

The Bible states the woman must marry her rapist. I merely repeat and follow His Words.

If I wore a poloneck jeans and a heavy coat only felsh you could see was that of my face and was raped would that be MY FAULT! Did i lead him on by dressing provocitavily? Well Jennifer, that time of the month, Eh? No chance of anyone raping you for the next seven days of so.

If a woman was where she belongs, tending to her family, a rape could not happen. But if it does happen, the RAPIST is required by Biblical law to pay the father of the woman fifty shekels (about $190.00) and offer to married the now spoiled woman. The woman can refuse and be a harlot for ever, producing bastard children. Even though she is just a woman, she does have free will.
Now a good father does not want bastardized grandchildren he and neither see or ever speak to, so he will ensure a proper marriage takes place. It is the Christian thing to do.

No it isnt actually But is it yours darling ?
She isnt a harlot by being raped did Jesus or God ever say that themselves? NO! Did Jesus write the bible?NO! Clothes do not make a man rape a woman mental instability does actually. Rape is a crime and therefore by law she is to report it! She does not need to have the child I do not agree with abortion but she should give it up for adoption. Also if God is "All benevolent" (Sorry about the miss spelling I have dyslexia and its pain!) He would for give her for the abortion or adoption.

I've always been puzzled why this is so. What if there's no mutual connection or love between the two? The woman must suffer even more with this digusting human being? I'd like to hear your input on this.

Many marriages are not built on love rather on obligation. Love can occur over time. Say a female crashes her car into yours. She is obliged to fix it. Over time, she gets to know you and falls in love with you. Same thing.
