Sometimes the Weather Channel says there is a 100% chance of rain and it does not rain. After a while they change their forecast to a 4% chance of rain. Other times they say there is a 7% chance of rain and it rains all day. It is difficult to know whether to go water the ganja or not. What can be done about this problem?

There's this thing called The Sky. It's blue. In it there are clouds that move and you can see what direction they're coming from. If they're coming from the direction of water it's more likely to rain (the % you mentioned) but if they're coming across a desert, it's less likely to rain.

Where the clouds come from is not "weather" so irrelevant here – but the point is discussed between Ahab and Elijah for example here:

Someone mentioned you were foreign? Is that so? I'd always imagined you were an expat choosing Tivoli Gardens as suited to your requirements, much as others choose Monaco or Japan. Presumably the music is better in Monte Carlo which is a city in Monaco, than in Osaka where they have noise although Osaka Noise is mainly performed in Kyoto nowadays with Kyoto Noise having moved to Osaka. Is there any particular genre you like?

Maybe we should clarify things a bit more for He Man, who is not the brightest light on the Christmas tree. The sky is blue (during the day) when there are no clouds, that is, no rain.

However, this summer the sky was more of a dirty yellow instead of blue - due to these damned Canadians with all their bonfires.

At any rate, you should always try prayer to ask God for rain or no rain. With our Godly President throwing out all these good for nothing scientists from government jobs, I'm sure the Weather Channel depends more and more on prayer as well.

I'm sure that means the forecasts will improve greatly.

You have raised many questions Sistren. Let me tell you that I myself am not a foreigner because I am from Jamaica though my true home is the Motherland. My diplomatic duties have caused me to return to Babylon where I am being trained to be an expert and I am to safeguard the rights and privileges of migrants who have come to Babylon to get monies but I do miss my home which is Jamaica and I am reminded of a song we used to sing which I will sing for you now but only my favorite part.

My musical preference is not directed at strange noises from Japan but to the music favored by Jah which is Regge such as the music played by Bob Marley who was assassinated by the CIA for bringing the people together. Your method of predicting the weather is sound and it is the method used in my home country but it is not effective here in Babylon because sometimes there are clouds but no rain and other times there are no clouds but still no rain. This is important because too much water makes the leaves of the ganja turn yellow and fall off. This is of assistance to no one. Too little water is just as bad and the leaves fall off without turning yellow.

Canadians are very weird, I know because I watched some ethnographic videos about Canadians, titled "Just for laughs gags." Indeed, Canadians are weird enough to use pee to put out fires.

I find that a little confusing. Are you in Babylon now or Jamaica, which is your home?

Psalm 137:1-6, 8-9 You didn't mention Edom (I've skipped over that verse but it's available in the link) so I've included Babylon and "strange land" presumably Jamaica or Canada or some such. The problem with all weather channels is they rely on science. They are usually wrong because God entertains Himself by playing tricks on them. He sets up conditions that look like rain and then turns off the faucet. At other times he punishes areas that have it coming. You will find, for example, damaging storms happen in areas where God knows there are homers.

I am a scientist myself and I must take exception to your belief that science is bad. Jah loves scientists and I myself have studied to be both a physician and an attorney though racism against I kept I from accomplishing those goals. Now I am an expert and certified to know most things. It is true though that Jah dislikes homosexuals and he likes to send misfortune on them. In Jamaica which is my home we have no tornados and that kind of weather because we set all the homosexuals we can catchy on fire. In Babylon the homosexuals are in charge in many places and that is why Jah sends so much misfortune although it must be remembered that Jah has no use for white people and there are many in Babylon.

The closest to Babylon I've managed is about 500+ miles and although there were white people there, mainly Welsh, I couldn't say there were many. The weather was fine, though. Quite warm actually so perhaps the people would have faded if they kept in the shade more. My real concern is whether you imagine white people as being in Heaven with Jesus?

The purpose of white people in Babylon, or at least within a 560 mile radius to its south, may or may not be of interest to God but insofar as we have beautiful poetry describing the love between Jesus and the Christian church, a process of everyone He loves becoming white is very clear, to accompany Him in the world to come.

Song of Solomon 5:10-11 My beloved is white and ruddy, the chiefest among ten thousand. His head is as the most fine gold . . .

The beloved here is male: his head. That then is Jesus. Not everyone will love Him: those people are described as wicked, doing wicked things and as such incapable of understanding, in their wickedness. From birth to infinity and beyond, wicked is as good as it gets. What about the others?

Daniel 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

In the world to come, Jesus will be with His beloved who were all born wicked—useless as companions for Jesus—but made into new useful creatures just as described right there in The Bible!

You do not need to do anything about it. It is all part of God's plan:

M't:5:45: That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Ro:11:33: O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

Weathermen are simply fortune tellers, and we all know what God thinks of fortune tellers.

Pray for good weather or rain. It doesn't matter. God will decide which is best for those who keep His Word.

I too have watched Just For Laughs Gags. I did witness some strange Canadian behavior on that show. I am surprised they did not light a fire and then pee on it as a prank. Their yellow sky over there has been getting out of hand.
