As we all know, God tests us all. Take for example, Abraham.
God tested Abraham by ordering him to perform a human sacrifice:
Abraham, being a Godly man and fully subscribing to the Christian doctrine of Divine Command Theory of Ethics (anything that God orders you to do is moral, even if it would normally be immoral) he follows God's orders. He comes this close to killing his son before God tells him it was just a test:
Reading this passage again made me think... how should I prepare to sacrifice one of my own children? I have 7 kids from three ex-wives and I love them all dearly. But, if God whispered in my brain to kill them all, I would have to do it. Following God's orders is more important than anything else. (This is why those whom are called by God to kill abortionists are so happy in jail... They heard God tell them to kill and they followed orders without question.) So, I have two questions:
1) How can I strengthen myself for this possible test?
2) Are there any countries where this might not be against secular law? If there is not, that is OK...God's orders will be carried out. But if there IS, that would be a relief.
To be clear, I have not heard from God on this YET. I am just worried that I might and I want to be prepared.
I look forward to your input!

Then God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."
Gen 22:2
Gen 22:2
"Do not lay a hand on the boy," he said. "Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son."
