I am a 14 year old boy who has been brought up as a catholic for all of my life.
I go to mass every weak and go to confession every week
I study the bible every night
I try my best to love God and follow his commandments.
I wanted to ask the members of Landover baptist church "even if i love God and my neighbour am I doomed for hell because I'm a catholic should I chcnge my religion, if so how can I (because of my age e.t.c.)"

The KJV 1611 Bible is the only Bible.
Change your religion, because cathoholics are not saved. You are old enough to type this, so you are old enough to think what's right and what's wrong. Being a cathoholic is just plain wrong.

Rejoice young man! It is possible to be Saved even if your family is Catholic.

The great thing about growing up in a Catholic family is that there are usually so many kids that your parents can't always pay attention to what every one of you is doing. That's how it worked for me. My parents were so preoccupied with getting their sons ( who even they knew were more important than any girl child ) through their first holy communions and confirmations and marriages and divorces and various arrests that they forgot all about me at the end of the line. They didn't even notice when I stopped attending church before getting confirmed, even when they went through the trouble of filming all the other communions and confirmations of their older, male offspring. Happily, my brothers recked so many cars and got suspended and/or expelled and set fires, etc. that I was able to desperately seek out attention from anyone who would give it to me!

Fortunately, I found the One True Religion instead of joining the Jehovah's Witnesses or trying to live by inner moral standards, two options I dabbled with as a young person. (I never did give drugs or alcohol an honest chance , however . . .) Oh, I did try sex in the attempt to get a boyfriend to love me and all that, but the important thing is that I found the Lord before I started to actually enjoy sex instead of doing to please some boy. Whew, that was a close call!

The point that I want to make is that your parents may not even notice that you have been Saved as long as you don't behave like a sanctimonious prick. Which you should do. Make certain that you explain to them that everything which they believe is wrong and if they take offense and strip your room of all your toys and make you live on only tap water and those tasteless communion wafers, then great is your reward in heaven. That's what I say. Except that I am not supposed to say anything but rather keep silent in the church, etc. ( I still am not clear on whether these forums constitutes a church and/or typing posts is the same as speaking out loud, but some Man of God here at LBC will eventually explain it to me, I'm sure.)

This forum is not a Church, we have an actual building for that in Freehold. This is a Church forum. We conveniently put that information in the title of the site and on top of every page. It's almost impossible to miss. For most people.

But I bet if you ask around in your Parish someone will know one friend.

Let me tell you a story; my family being working class southern Germans I once was myself a Catholic. Me and my sister were going to parochial school. Then one year my sister was banned from school; the official reason was the school was full, with was nonsense, the real reason was one of the assistant priests had a thing for little blonde girls like my sister and the school staff was removing temptation for him. She was never molested but she had to go to protect the pastor, even though the pastor was the one in the wrong.

It an't they all are pedophiles, it's the rest of the priesthood and the laity go out of their way to cover for the one that do molest children.

no they aren't that is just a stereotype. There are 3 priests in my parish and they are 3 of the nicest people i know.
I admit that there were a few priests that were paedophiles, and I find that repulsing, but that is the minority.

I have posted before I have a strong preference for Catholics wishing to actually be Saved (R) to procure excommunication from their foul satanic church, but not to do so in a way that would also eliminate any chance at heaven they may have beyond Catholicism.


To wit;


* Catholics can be excommunicated for physical attack on the Pope, and while we acknowledge adherence to secular law prohibiting a spontaneous attack upon the Pope's person, this is in no way to be construed as a denial of your right to self defense should you find yourself being attacked by the Pope, particularly in regards to sodomy and buggery.

* Catholics can be excommunicated for procuring an abortion. We support efforts to ban abortion too, but in the (unlikely) event a young girl was impregnated by the Pope, Cardinal or bishop, in an attempt to spawn a demon or other Satanic spew, I am regarding an abortion in this case to be rather more of a blessing.

*Catholics can be excommunicated for violating the sacred species. This refers to shenanigans with communion materials, but as Catholics misinterpret Communion totally in regards to Biblical Truth, they are all guilty of this. Any Seekers approaching Landover with a Catholic background must renounce the abomination of Catholic Communion.

* Catholics can be excommunicated for apostasy, heresy, or schism. Well, this is, so to speak, the money shot. Catholic beliefs are so far removed from actual Christianity, that their defining adherence to 100% Biblical Truth as 'apostasy' is indeed laughable. This is in fact a Blessing, and is precisely what Pastor Ezekiel is referring to as we are blessed when he notes other religions persecuting us.

* Catholics can also be excommunicated for consecrating a Bishop without authorization, but this is another funny one, as a Bishop consecrated WITH authorization from the Catholic Church will nevertheless burn in Hell unless he repents and comes to Landover.

* Catholics can be excommunicated for absolving an accomplice in a sexual sin. Well, considering the majority of sexual sins amongst the Catholics is priests buggering little boys, this one is just ridiculous. Do the priests waste much time absolving each others sins for this ? It seems unlikely, as that would take away too much time for buggering!!



So, you can accept Jesus and God's Holy Book, the King James Bible, but I think to be totally sure, procuring excommunication from the Catholic menace would help to put your case 'over the top' so to speak.

Look, you get unmarried weirdos and you get problems. You may have thought there was a minority, but who's to say what the others did in the privacy of their priest-holes.

And saying, "but that is the minority." hardly excuses anything. These are supposed to be men chosen by Jesus - obviously they aren't. With Jesus you get 100% goodness. This sort of proves that priests are not "of God" and, by inference, that the Catholic Church is not "of God."

The lie was given many years ago when corrupt bastards were appointed pope - a job that (according to you) is God given. Would God ever give a pervert a job as head of the church or a priest?

Mark my words friend, as time goes by you will hear more and more fellow Catholics with first had experiences of child molesting priests. This has always been the problem with the Catholic church and it is because the Catholic church elevate mortal, sinning men to some neo-divine status above others while simultaneously demanding unquestioning obidance from everyone else. This leads to systematic corruption and not just child molestation. Just read this

yes there is some bad catholic priests but that doesn't make the fundamental values of Catholicism bad. im not sure if im misunderstanding people here but are youse saying that because there are evil catholic priests Catholicism is the devil's religion and these evil priests will impact on weather the Almighty Lord will decide weather i'm worthy of eternal life ? :S
