I don't hate Jesus, I don't hate anyone really. I just don't believe he ever existed, nor do I see sufficient evidence to prove his existence.

The Bible(KJV1611) very clearly tells us Jesus existed.

So by saying He did not you are calling Jesus (who is also God) a liar.

Do you call your best friend a liar?

I think quoting the bible to an Atheist is a fairly silly idea personally.

I don't believe in many of the things contained within the bible, nor do I believe that it is the word of God. So I don't believe God is a liar, I believe he simply doesn't exist.

In my eyes the Bible was written by mere men, and thus I do not believe any of the divine things written inside of it.

How can you say Jesus never existed? He still exists! He is alive today, sitting at the right hand of the Father...

Rev 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

...and simultaneously living in the heart of every believer.

Gal 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Every Christian is living, breathing, walking proof that Jesus exists, because Jesus lives inside him. I have walked with God for 20 years. Christ has taken over my life. When I act, you see how Christ would act. The same is true for every True Chrisitan™.

If Jesus doesn't exist, why does prayer work?

Jn 14:13-14 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Every day Christians talk to God and make requests in the name of Jesus and receive what they asked for.

If Jesus doesn't exist, why doesn't the universe just disintegrate?

Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

Jesus sustains all things. He created the world by the power of His word (Jn 1:1-18) and He keeps the world going by the power of His word. If He didn't exist, neither would we.

This world doesn't contain anything for us after death. After the resurrection of the dead this earth will be destroyed by fire (2 Pet 3:10), the damned will be cast into the lake of fire (Rev 20:12-15) and we True Christians™ will get a new earth (Rev 21:1).

Sorry couldn't resist. But in all seriousness, I believe in love as an emotion, such as happiness, sadness, or anger. And in my statement about the fact that I wouldn't try to make you an atheist my point was that religion is a choice and I wouldn't try to change your decision, so I wouldn't want you to try to change mine.

In answer to your question, why would we try and share the Christian faith with you, it is because we know what will happen to you the moment after you take your last breath. God disagrees.

2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

                          Romans 1:18-23
18For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

God disagrees and you are deliberately ignoring the evidence of God in your hearts, it says so here - straight from God via Paul.

1 John 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

So lying's not a sin in your book? I guess that figures...

So you respect the beliefs of paedophiles that it's OK to molest children? No you don't. So stop pretending you respect ours or why are you here saying you are right and we (and therefore God) are wrong?

                          2 Timothy 4:1-5
1I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 5But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Because God Himself commands it directly (via Paul). You seem to have a real problem with simple obedience to the Lord your God.
I have one question for you. Can you prove to me that Christian literature was divinely inspired? Also when I said that I respect other's beliefs, I meant within reason.

Christian literature isn't divinely inspired, but the Bible is. Apart from the verses already mentioned, there is Is 55:10-11.

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Whenever God's word goes out, it changes people. It never returns to God void. It doesn't have the same effect on all people. Some it hardens, some it softens. If the Bible were not divinely inspired, how could it change so many people's lives like it has?

Mat 4:4 Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Every day Christians live by the word of God. Would our lives be so great if we lived by the word of mere men?

Also every single prophecy in the Bible has come true (except those in Revelation, but they soon will). How could the Bible make such accurate predictions unless it were divinely inspired?
