I couldn't understand it either. Maybe he tried to respond to you and me at the same time, and stuck in parts of his "what is it like to be an atheist" reply?

You asked about why i had a problem with you spreading God's message.

i, tried atleast, to answer that i have no problem with it, but i have a problem with wishing someone to die, and anything else like it.

I do not believe that there is life after death, and i tend not to think about it. When you don't believe in it, it tend to not pass your mind at all.
I do not focus on the end, i focus on what's in between.. Life.

I think it's best for me to just leave it at that, and just stray away from this forum, i obviously made a user here cause of my own interest in God's message, being a non believer, and actually hoped for something to convince me, but the hostility in here is beyond me, and this is not the place for non-Christians to be, as the hate towards people who aren't a believer is too great.
Was fun, I'll seek guidance somewhere else.

This is absolutely untrue. not one of us here has any hate for you whatsoever. It's God who hates you. We are here to give you guidance, so that maybe you can escape God's wrath.

Admittedly, many of us employ a 'tough love' approach to get you to see the light, but we only want the best for you. And would you be swayed by the namby-pamby approach of the false Christians with their visions of meadows with butterflies, and bunnies too? No, you're too smart for that. We tell it like it is. God is not a butterfly sitting on a rabbit snoozing in a meadow snuggled up next to a fox.

Accept reality, friend, and let the GOOD people here help you.

I see what you mean, but there is no "love" in what I've seen, i don't feel like any help is given, i only feel somewhat "abandoned" by the people, who should be able to enlighten me. The bible part interest me, but the people who apparently "know about it" doesn't really seem to be willing to share, if I'm not convinced about that it's the path that i should go.

There is no hate here, friend. If our hearts were not filled with love for all the unsaved trash of the world, why would we spend our time trying to win their souls for His Kingdom? The most hateful thing I can think of would be to ignore them as they wallow in depredation or, worse yet, molly-coddle them and tell them that their sinful nature is okay in the eyes of the LORD. God is very clear about how we are to do the work of evangelists and spread the Good News.

              II Timothy 4:2-5
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
              For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

We are trying to snap you out of your delusion and exhort you to get right with Jesus!
God has brought you here for a reason. For us to just ignore your desperate cries for help would be completely antithetical to the Christian Love that we all feel for all of you. Please try not to be so hostile. We are only trying to help you and the rest of the unsaved trash who come here spewing hatred. It's not too late for you or for them. We want you all to join us in Heaven. We want you all to accept Jesus' kind offer of Redemption and become a True Christians™. It is precisely because of our Christian love that we scourge and chasten unsaved trash.

              Hebrews 12:5-8
And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
              II Thessalonians 1:7-9
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power

The man who is being progressively sanctified will inescapably sanctify his home, school, politics, economics, science, and all things else by understanding and interpreting all things in terms of the Word of God and by bringing all things under the Dominion of Christ the King. -R.J. But God commands us to execute certain types of sinners. Sodomites, adulterers like Newt Gingrich, idolators like Newt Gingrich and all the other Catholics, and people who try to lead us away from God (atheists, Buddhists, Wiccans, Hindus, Muslims, any of them if they proselytize to any Christian, even once).

That's part of spreading God's Word.

The fact that current laws prevent us from exercising God's Commands doesn't mean we'll stop telling people what He wants.

Being an atheist is great. You get to sleep in on Sunday, you don't have to tithe to anyone, you can do what you want to do without any worries of retribution by some invisible friend in the sky, you don't have to be ashamed of your sexuality anymore. Best of all, you get to think for yourself. Lots of fun; y'all should try it!

Why is it like to be an atheist? Odd question. Not really different from the same religious person, except we disbelief in the existence of a god/gods.

Suppose I should correct the misconception that atheists have no sense of morality, as well.

The majority of atheists *do* have morality. They don't rape or murder of their fellow humans, because, well, that's a shitty that to do.

Also, this implies the only things that keeps theists from doing those activites is because of restriction and fear, not because it's the right thing to do...

That's not true at all. We do good things because humans are by nature sinful, horrible creatures. Those who recognize this and acknowledge Jesus as LORD (Romans 10:9), have successfully been "grafted" onto the vine, in a matter of speaking:

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit:
for without me ye can do nothing.
                            John 15:5

Here's a quaint little equation I like that explains this

                            God + 0 = Good
                            Good - God = 0

As an atheist, your soul is as empty and black as the very depths of eternity. Without God in your life, you are incapable of doing good because only God is good:

And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.
                            Mark 10:18

So you see, you may think atheists have morals, but that is impossible.

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! Well, actually, I do have a fear in regards to morality. I fear the kind of shit the world would turn into if nobody had a decent sense of morality. That, in combination with a healthy dose of empathy is what keeps me in line and acts as my moral compass.

Thing is, if ideas like that guide your morality, you have no need for any holy book or invisible friend.

I agree. Empathy more than enough explains morality without religion. Also, that "objective morality" argument never made sense to me. Ask two completely different people what it means to be moral, and you will get differing opinions.
