I just don't see why an election is even necessary this November. We know that God has chosen Donald J. Trump to be our President and if He wanted Trump out He could use any number of means at His disposal.

Many good pastors have made it clear that a vote against Trump is a vote against Jesus so why put people in the position to commit more sin?

Why don't we just declare murder legal and force hardworking people out of their lovely suburban homes so that mixed groups of welfare recipients can move in and trash those places?

Obviously, I am being facetious here with some of my statements, but you get the point.

An election in November is not in Trump's best interest. And why would we expect him to act in a manner that is not in his interest? Our own Senate made it clear that has a right to do so when they refused to convict him on the impeachment charges against him.

In addition, if mail-in ballots are not an option it will be possible to blanket ads in Democrat areas with reminders of the health dangers posed by going to the polls and voting.

If anyone did that, the whiny little lieberals would complain, because their voters are the sort of weaklings who wear masks and stay home, obsessively sanitizing their hands. In the interests of a visibly fair and open election, we need such ads in both Democrat and Republican areas, safe in the knowledge that in Republican areas they would have the opposite effect. Republican voters are people like us - robust folks who would, quite rightly, ignore the lies and turn out to vote in droves.

When it comes to protecting the rights and welfare of the public, no one tops President Trump.

Lately he has been suggesting the November election should be delayed. That is a great idea. He pointed out the blatant fraud posed by mail-in ballets. It is apparent 10% more Democrats will vote if a by-mail option is available. That can only mean liberal thugs are mailing bogus ballots.

I just don't see why an election is even necessary this November. We know that God has chosen Donald J. Trump to be our President and if He wanted Trump out He could use any number of means at His disposal.

Holding the election in November is a risk to our safety. The election should be delayed or canceled due to covid-19 and as the incumbent Trump should stay in office until it is safe to vote. By not delaying it the dems are recklessly endangering our safety. As usual putting politics over people.

President Trump's Twitter feed asked us to support Patio Pizza in St. James, Long Island. Since I like in New York City (though, with all of the anarchists, I'm thinking seriously of moving so I can live my suburban lifestyle dream), I drove out there for a slice. Well, it was kind of crowded, what with the makeshift MAGA rally in front, but the pizza was excellent. And the best part? No low income housing residents were there to spoil the experience with their crime and constant whining about equal rights.

It really bothers me when they talk about President Trump's falling poll numbers. There are so many people who have died who were such staunch supporters of Trump. But they are never included in the polling numbers.

Most of his dead supporters are undoubtedly in Heaven now, living eternally with Christ, so I don't see why they can't be counted.

Donald Trump, through his steadfast leadership, has kept America safe from the coronavirus while the rest of the world is dying. Even without his many other accomplishments--more than any other President in our history--this is enough to guarantee a rightful place on Mt. Rushmore.

But that isn't enough. It would not be fair to keep the faces of Presidents Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and Roosevelt on the monument. Never in a million years could those fine gentlemen, for all of their virtues, have borne the burdens of the office with as much grace, wisdom, dignity, and energy as President Trump has. They simply do not belong in his company.

Amen! As you mentioned in another thread Trump proved "we're lower than the world" and Europe too. Have Reagan and the Bushes earned a spot on Mount Rushmore? They're no Trump but they had some accomplishments in their own rights.

Also we're the freest country in the world (note that locking up the most amount of people and having the highest incarceration rates doesn't restrict our freedom. It's only criminals that get locked up. It helps the good people be more free as they don't have to worry about criminals).



It's like gun deaths. We accept that we will have more gun deaths as a sacrifice for our freedom, and it's a sacrifice well worth making. Under normal conditions, we might have gun deaths at 400-500 times other countries in exchange for our freedom, but Trump has gotten that number down to 100 times the gun deaths of other developed nations.


And covid deaths, we accept that we may have a few more covid deaths in exchange for our freedom to not where masks and to hold mass gatherings, and that's again a cost well worth paying. Anything else is communism ( https://twitter.com/davenewworld_2/s...06240287248384 )

While I don't think we should be using deaths as a percentage of population, I do want to point out how great we're doing on that metric. Given our amazing freedoms, I'd expect to have 1,000-2,000 times the death per population as countries like South Korea where they have draconian and unreasonable restrictions on freedoms.

South Korea has around 300 covid deaths and 51M people or 1 death per 170k people. US on the other hand has around 331M people and 166k deaths or one death per 2,000 people! With all our amazing freedoms we only have around 100 times the death! That's a very reasonable number IMO.

You can't compare the death rate of other countries to US in the same way that you can't compare the cost of a jumbo jet to the cost of a bicycle. You're paying more because you're getting more. I can't wait to proudly proclaim "We only have 100 times the death rate of South Korea!" That's an absolute victory over covid-19 and a celebratory stat in my book!

In fact, to compensate for our vastly greater freedoms, I think every death/case stat in USA should be divided by 1,000 when comparing to other countries. That would give us a more fair comparison to work off of. I call this the Freedom index™.
