Have you ever burned an old news paper, perhaps a magazine? If so what is the difference? Lets face it the Queeran is NOT a holy book. I think that the fires will bring a smile to Jesus.

I've never burned a Quran. I'd have to first acquire one. That would mean touching that Satanic filth.

As for recycling, would YOU want to learn that your child's diaper was made of recycled Qurans? That evil in contact with his little tallywhacker? He could grow up to practice "thighing"!

Now, I do think it'd be great to set up a shredder above the bonfire and chuck the books in one at a time, so they spew into the flames and are engulfed in an instant. That'd be pretty.

I just registered to ask one simple question.
Why would you burn something that can be so easily recycled ?

At first, your question seems innocently unaware of the symbolism of burning the quaran. However, the recycling process is messy and dirty and would render the quarn unreadable.

Suggestion: Any korans not sufficiently burned in the pyre should be sent to Freehold Refuse for proper recycling.

Whenever I have to touch one of those things to toss em into the fire I wear gloves. The burning of these objects will make God smile, because we are burning an unholy book. Obama is against this idea because he is a filthy Muslim and supports their terrorist ways.

Anyone who is not a True Christian(tm) is unsaved. Until you are shown to be a True Christian(tm), it is assumed you are not one.

This way, visitors to the forum (many of whom read, but do not sign up) will not be confused and think that a God-mocker is representing the views of True Christians(tm).

The above sounds like good sane logic to me. I don't really watch the news much but I am positive there must be a well covered queeran burning every week by the worlds media that works up the mudslimes into a frenzy.

All the 50 IQ geniuses who think that burning the Quran is a somewhat heroic or a noble gesture towards the victims of 9/11, I pity you.
I was brought up in a Catholic house but right now im ashamed to call myself a Christian coz of people like you.Hell im ashamed to call myself American.I knew people who died in the incident(Who living around NJ and NY didnt?) and not one of them if they could speak today would have anything other then cuss words to say to you miserable loosers.
Yes, most of the terrorists are muslims and they did kill a lot of christians.But making a mockery of a holy book that a lot of innocent muslims beleive in and worship is pathetic.
These actions,seem to me ,are not the result of righteous anger , but of frustration from failed lives and the mob tendency where people forget they have a usable brain.
You are the counterparts of the Muslim terrorsits in Christianity.
