You can post in any thread you fancy, dear. You are just not allowed to create new threads outside of the Introduction Forum. I do forward towards reading your posts on subjects other than touching other people with your feet (eww!).

Mostly doesn’t cut it. God requires your full attention, understanding, and obedience. You won’t get in Heaven for following just “most of The KJV Bible”. Not following through all the way is a sign of laziness and God is very strict about this according to 2 Thessalonians 3:10! For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. Are you a welfare baby that relies on food stamps paid for with the taxes of those who actually work?

Hi .. Welcome to the forum. Orientalist theory is a minefield of idolatry and weird cults with gurus for just about every imaginable discipline whether originating in India or Japan or anywhere in between. They have exerted a fascination over 19th century bohemians, 20th century beatniks and hippies, 21st century new-age cranks by "revealing" their "the original" [martial art] [physical therapy] [meditation] [soma recipe] [you name it they'll have "the original" to promote] but how can we be sure that they have no such thing?

Now I'm not suggesting they just made it up last week or even a century ago; some of the stuff is quite old but if they had recently invented it, it would be very difficult to tell the difference given their guru export infrastructure. What I am saying is that it can't possibly be original if it comes from India or anywhere farther east. Humans have not always lived in the Orient. From Mount Ararat there were migrations in various directions and, particularly in the case of India, a mountain barrier to cross. We don't know what route they took—several have been suggested—but we do know that upon arrival they established trade routes to bring in stuff they needed. The skills needed to do that would necessarily be pre-existing and therefore the original forms of whatever crackpot theories they were using came from somewhere else.
Isaiah 54:8-13a In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer. For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee. O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones. And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD

Noah re-populated the world but as his descendants spread out they were unable to avoid sin. Many were afflicted with ailments as a result and imagined all sorts of ways to "feel better" but notice how God explains where learning comes from? Not from gurus or Zen masters or leering idols they seem so eager to carve. Some of them even have piles of earth as "deities" so it's important for you to check out the true origin of the technique you're interested in. God knows that already and, just as in Jeremiah He has warned us of the consequences for disregarding Him, so in Isaiah were reassured that He won't sit idly by when Christians look to the Orient for instruction. After all, if there were no consequences for rejecting Him people would start to think He didn't care.
John 14:5-6 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The other crap needs to go especially the yoga and self help gurus and the people that run around saying you need to become one with the universe and practice martial arts or practice clearing of the mind in meditation or take part in those weird tea ceremonies or other crap that stuff always made me mad and I mean i get god is waiting to carry out his final plan to end all this with the tribulation and stuff but...I dont know how he can take it most of the time :/

The Christian position is that when God looks at sinful humans He sees His son being tortured and that makes it OK.
II Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made [Jesus] to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Then, instead of being enemies with God, we're able to become His friends. If when God looked down He just saw the sin that would make Him very angry but if He could also see Christ's blood draining out whilst being mocked and also jabbed with a spear, God would be able to disregard our fallen condition.
Ephesians 2:13-15 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace

You could think of it as being like a foreigner, someone God wouldn't want anything to do with (except for arranging perpetual torture) full of strange ideas and so on; that's much as you described in your last post. And of course that's how it remains for people who are not Christians. But once we'd caused His son to be murdered as the outcome for sins He'd never committed we became God's children ourselves.
Ephesians 2:18-19 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God

That's how God can take it.

That actually makes alot of sense actually I mean I guess I kind of figured something like that I just couldnt understand it. But yeah your right sorry for asking a possible dumb question it's just hard to deal with the news about all this sin going on or reading about all this new age guru magazines it really infuriates me you know?

                      Greetings!

I am very pleased to make your acquaintance. I am Trevor McGregor late of Kingston on the Island of Jamaica which is my home and here in Babylon to further my studies. I welcome you even though I am not a forum member. Many women from Kingston come to Miami and work in the massage parlors there. They are very well paid for their services and they usually retire to Jamaica and grow fat. I hope that you enjoy success in that field as well.

Alex, I’ve taken a long hard look at your grammar in your past posts and as one who has studied the uneducated unsaved Nigra extensively, your grammar choices led me to believe you to be suspect. Now I’m not assuming anything, as I said before I don’t assume because of Proverbs 18:2 and 1 John 4:1 as decreed in The Bible. Now, I’ve also noticed that you avoided when I had asked before so I’ll ask again. Are you a Nigra? And remember that God knows the truth so if you could kindly be honest with this delightfully Christian congregation I myself admire greatly.
