Homosexuality is a serious problem in God's Favorite Country. I just wanted to point out that if we all kept it in the marriage bed like we're supposed to, there wouldn't be an AIDS "epidemic". People are always on here squaking about how we hate the gays, well they seem to not notice that God (and therefore we) hates fornicators, whoremongers and the whole lot, just as much as He hates gays.

Well I doubt that he is old enough to have a drivers license, even without driving, drinking hurts people. Lowered inhibitions cause people to do stupid things, it's like an open invitation to Satan to come rule your life. Now of course I'm not talking about a glass of wine with Dinner here, and if dumdum had actually bothered to read our boards, he would notice that we are not prohibitionists, and our Pastors do have a taste for a very fine Scotch. Who asked you? You do not claim to be saved and are therefore unwelcome! It says so at the top of every page here.

I'm an atheist. This does not mean I'm mocking you, nor your God. This does not mean I hate you, nor your God. It merely means that I do not believe that the evidence anyone has shown to me points to the existence of such a god, of any kind.

You lie. As an atheist, you (fervently want to) believe there is no proof of God and never will be. You are not genuinely willing to admit doubt.

I am not here to "flame" you, I am merely here to understand. I would like to understand why you believe what you believe. And one important thing you should note before answering my question is that I do not accept scripture as evidence. To me, it is a collection of stories, some may be true, yes, but others may not be. If you believe that the bible was written by God, I am more than willing to accept your views, but in my heart, I do not believe that to be true.

The problem with your approach is that none here really care what you are willing to accept as evidence or not. You atheists are all alike, really. You seek to dictate terms under which God can and can't be defined. You think the Bible is what makes us believe in God and therefore seek to undermine it and our faith. It's stupid syllogisms like this that will ultimately send you Hell forever.

I don't believe in God because of the Bible. It was the grace of God that opened my heart and planted the initial seed of Faith. The Bible is what teaches and guides my growth as a Christian.

You may wish to refer to me as "unsaved trash", if you would be so kind (As I believe your bible says you should be, though if you can quote scripture that allows you to completely rip me, my opinions, and my feelings to shreds, quote it.) I would prefer you to drop the "trash" part... Feel free to call me unsaved, I am fine with you believing that. And also, when referring to me as an atheist, I would also prefer you to not add "scum" to that title, as many seem intent on doing in this forum.

Absolutely true BelieverInGod, God does frown on all fornication, and the youth these days are in too big of a hurry to wait for the right person and get married first, it has turned into a social thing for them, either do it, or your not normal, and the ones that don't agree are outcasted, and most all of this is going on in the public schools, a handful of American families here in Germany home school their kids just for that reason, and I know a lot of you folks here on this forum do the same, and I think it's wonderful.

And yes alcohol does effect the decission making process, not to mention, the kind of people that are associated in the process, like the old saying goes, "Birds Of A Feather, Flock Together",, I myself, I like good ice cold Bit Burger beer when I cook on the grill, which is about every few weeks or so, and I do the October Fest here in my town, but only a few because we walk there and back, plus my physical limit is 2 - 3, after that, I can't function, and on Christmas we buy a bottle of cream liquer, we have 2 Christmas days here in Germany, the 25th & 26th, plus we have the old fasion Advent Fest here, and you can still buy hand made toys and hand made gifts for all ages, and most teenagers in our area, (German), are brought up the old fasion way, we do have our hand full of strays that are not properly guilded, but our very small police Dept has no problems keeping up with them, after growing up in St. Petersburg Fla. and coming here to finish my life, I know that I've been not only blessed, but saved also, God works in strange ways, and I really do love God so much for the new normal life.

Why are you so angry? Do you not realize we are trying to give you the best gift you could ever receive? An eternal stay in Heaven! The alternative, Hell, where you currently seem to be racing towards as fast as possible, is no fun!
