"All Scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness" (Timothy 3:16)
First of all I ask you all to excuse me if my English is not so good and to be indulgent to me if I make mistakes: God wanted me to be an Italian native and resident, grown up in a Catholic family where (unfortunately) the Scriptures were the object of a misleading "interpretation" rather than of a literal application. But God also showed me, with all his grace and compassion for my sins, the right path and helped me, as I hope, to find people who, like you, believe with no reserve, to His literal Word.
My religious beliefs have changed through the years from a "standardized" credo to an ever increasing belief in the Scriptures, which are the only instrument He gave us for salvation. After my wife's death, I had the privilege (I often call it "the Gift") to open my eyes and to understand that the religious education I've had was too loose and I am now trying to better understand how I can improve my way to Salvation from the Catholic misleading context I've lived so far. I am trying to teach my two sons (10 and 6 y.o.) that God is the Lord and the Master and that they must not believe to all the rotting messages that come from the contemporary society and surround us with misleading theories, that - mostly dangerously - also come from other members of the family: my father-in-law last referred to my changement with these exact words "an ill conversion".
Help me find the right way.
May the Lord be with you all and show you His light

(I could half understand it if they were girls - the education of which is neither here nor there.)
I have just written that you shouldn't - you should have them read the KJV1611 Bible in American!
