I came here hoping I could find at least one person who was not a hateful, so-called Christian who judges everyone who dares make a post that isn't 100% backed up by the Bible and actually uses their brain to argue instead of letting a book do it for them.
It was in vain. I don't care whether or not you are really this extremist, or just making fun of how extreme religion can get. There is so much racism, homophobia, sexism, and overall intolerance here and I simply cannot stand it anymore. You call yourselves Christians. Real Christians don't flame those who don't follow their beliefs. They politely attempt to steer them in the right direction, but if they don't want to be Christian, then it is their choice and they are left alone. You probably know the saying, especially you older gentlemen, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." Allow me to add on that. "You can shove his mouth into the water barrel, rub his throat, smack him on the rump, but if that horse does not want to drink, he will not." Excellent metaphor.
I have much better things to occupy my time with. I need to focus on school right now, and when I'm out there working as a veterinary technician, ending and relieving the suffering of our faithful companions however I can, then we'll see who has been wasting their life.
With that being said, do whatever you like to my account after I leave. I shan't be needing it anymore. I'm just going to go back to my amazing friends, read Harry Potter, play Minecraft, watch Invader Zim and My Little Pony, browse deviantART, and be a normal teenager. Goodbye. It's been fun.

I'm not sure why you think you are a horse and it's OK to be with other horses, but if you don't drink that water, it doesn't mean you will avoid the burning hellfire. Repent now and pray to Christ it's not too late for you.

You don't have to. You can be loving and tolerant while still being Christians. You can be in harmony with science while still retaining your beliefs. But seriously, people around here have said that the Earth is flat. That's when I decided to go. Whether it's in all seriousness or not... this is not the place for me.

So because we agree with God about that it takes to be a True Christian(TM) we are wrong?

Again, it's no wonder you are so disappointed with your life. What do you do for an encore; go to the zoo and get angry with the elephants for having trunks?

You need to read the word of the Lord properly. I guarantee you that when you love Jesus in the same way I do you will be happy and stop worrying your little head about going to Heaven or Hell any more.

You are truly sick if that's the first place your mind goes when I say 'relieve'. And I thought I was the one that was supposed to have a dirty mind, being a teenager and everything. I didn't know respectable adults thought like that. I mean I will relieve their suffering through the use of medical science. Medicine and the proper care, so that their owners will not have that pain of seeing their pets in pain. It saddens me to see animals in pain...
And please stop taking everything so literally. I never said I was a horse. It's just a metaphor. 'You can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink'. You can show someone a path, but can't make them walk down it. Is that better?
Papist, I am not saying you are wrong. Religion cannot be proven false nor true. But I'm saying you shouldn't try to force it on others. It's okay to be devoted, but you shouldn't let it blind you to other ways of life.
I am not disappointed in my life at all. To the contrary, it is going well so far. I'm on the right track to getting into college, so that's a plus.
I have read the Bible carefully. I've already said that I just don't believe it. I've tried, but I can't. And that's the end of it. Sorry.

Hang on a second, missy. We are not forcing anything on you. You came in here uninvited and unwelcome and when we didn't fall at your feet and hail your wisdom as magical and overturning centuries of God's inerrant word but instead righteously rebuked you you decide to throw a hissy fit like we'll beg you to stay.

God hates you and will burn you forever simply for not believing in Jesus as the son of God and don't you ever forget that.

I never said you should worship me. You have God for that. I was just hoping maybe some of you would see past the pages of your book for once. A great philosopher once said it takes a great mind to entertain a thought without fully accepting it.
I see now we are equally matched in our passion for our views, though. All the proof you ever need is in a book that was written over a thousand years ago, while mine is in what scientists and mathematicians have proven through countlessly repeated experiments.
So have fun on your way to Heaven, guys. If it's just gonna be full of close-minded fools, I don't think I want to go there anyway.

Hogwash. You came here with lies and deception in your very first post, and you are a God-mocking troll. What you mean by "not hateful" is someone who will abandon God's Law just to make you feel good.

Why in the world would you think that Christians would turn their backs on the Bible just to please you? We live our lives to please God, not trolls.

I hope you're aware that God is going to burn you alive in His Lake of Fire for all eternity. That's what He has told us He will do with anyone who disobeys any one of His commands.

I pray that you will see the light before it is too late!
