You all use verses out of context, and mock any person without the True Christian label--most likely to try and satisfy your own bruised ego's and need to feel supreme. Is this love of power truly a feature that should be found in Christians? I don't think so.

In my time at Landover I have never seen a True Christian quote out of context. I have seen this accusation from fools many times but NEVER once have they ever been able to back it up.

I mean, why did God bother to write chapter after chapter of laws if we're supposed to ignore them? And what is the "proper" way to "interpret" "execute gays" in a way that means something OTHER than, well, "execute gays"? And if it's so easy to misinterpret, why did God write it?

I mean, He's almighty God, he created the universe, surely He is capable of writing a book that stands on it's own, without needing a bunch of lukewarm Christians to "interpret" it with their "context".

You seem a bit like a Pharisee. I can't win either way.
If we were more accepting, you would say we are tying to brainwash people into our c-word (Not that c word.) If we turn people back who don't follow the Word, we are harsh and not accepting enough.

Then once you've explained how the part of the Bible that tolds us to kill them ACTUALLY says we're not supposed to kill them, tells us Why Almighty God is such a bad writer He failed to make that clear from the start.
