2. Iceland is 11% covered in ice [3], Greenland is 75% covered in ice [4]. None of the most active volcanos is in Iceland, in fact Kilauea in Hawaii emits the most lave in the world [5]. The volcano with most continuous eruptions is Etna [5] located in Italy on the doorstep of the pope.
