I was heartened to read that the Republicans in Congress refused to do anything about the Flint situation because "the costs were not fully offset by other cuts in federal spending". That is just one example of Leadership and enlightened government by the Republicans: nothing should cost anything. You can only buy something if you give something up of equal value. It's your problem, you pay for it. I'm alright Jack.
It's about time someone finally stood up to Big Poor and squashed them into the dirt rather than handing over more and more money to those welfare queens and rapists.
