Also, baptism isn't a religion. It's a means by which one shows their faith to the LORD and to the Body of Believers.

Jesus would ask the person what his religion teaches, check if the teachings are consistent with the Bible (He probably doesn't have to check because He knows beforehand), and judge the person accordingly (John 7:24).

Imagine three people giving you money. Two of them will deliver counterfeit money, one will give you real bank notes. What would you do? Lean backwards and say 'ohhh who can tell if money is counterfeit, it's all the same' I would check the notes, and strongly reject the false ones, because they are worth nothing.
