You've missed the point. In your post Pastor Zeke is quoted as saying "The Holy Bible tells us to beat our children hard and often". This is was the Bible tells us to do.

Indeed, it would've been so much nicer if the Bible advised us to use gentler forms of disciple which didn't require physical punishment, but it would seem God doesn't place much value on those.

i could not possibly say it any better than some of the banned members have already have so i am not going to try because i think that the point has been made. And it has been made obvious that the people are set in their ways that are on this site. As you have everyright to say what you want it is your sight and we do not have to visit it. But i would just like to say that no matter how hard you fight it the fact of the matter is that you may be wrong and you better hope that you are not because in my opionion god would not appreciate the hatered and the twists of teaching he has tried to tell humanity through his word. I agree with you had her parents taught her proper manners and how to act like a young lady this would have never happened. I would suggest to any parents they must teach their duaghters how to dress properly. I cannot belive some of the things young ladies are allowed to wear in public. There is no question in my mind the young lady caused this and by no means should she murder one of God's children. I do not believe in rape it is God's will and he has a plan for everything. This paticualr case sounds like the young lady might have same Lesbian tendencies. Why on earth would she refuse a man that wants to marry her. Call me old fashion but I think there is plenty of blame to go around.
