Texas freed another black today. They say that he spent 31 years in prison "for a crime he didn't commit." How cliche can you get? This is happening even though he was identified by TWO eye witnesses! From the article:
They say that DNA "evidence" cleared the Nigra and it turns out that he didn't rape and rob the woman. What!?! They had TWO fine upstanding white people as eye witnesses and they are going to trust 31-year-old DNA evidence. Evidence you can't even SEE?
Since when do we override that which is plainly visible by people with their own eyes by trusting in ancient evidence that is invisible and undetectable?
I think that there is a liberal element in Texas trying to free all the blacks. They have had 41 convictions overturned by having DNA evidence override eye witness testimony just since 2001. And that was just cases managed by the insidious "Innocence Project." (These are the atheists who try to get murderers and rapists out of prison because they love crime and sin.) Why aren't THOSE people arrested, anyway?
They miss the obvious. Even if they didn't commit THIS crime, the blacks probably did something else to make them DESERVE their punishment. Somehow, even in capital punishment cases, people don't understand that. I mean, is it merely "coincidence" that all "wrongly convicted" prisoners are Negroes? Think about it!
The female initially identified Dupree from a photo line-up, but the male was unable to do so, according to court documents. At trial, however, both victims said Dupree and his co-defendant Anthony Massingill were the ones who committed the crime. They were convicted, and Dupree was sentenced to 75 years.
