You must understand-- in much of mainstream society, the use of proper grammar, clear enuciation and a varied vocabulary will occasion distain, even ridicule.

I was formerly employed by a communications company; speech is their bread and butter, as it were. More than a year after my departure, I was still being discussed derisively at a staff meeting because of my speaking style.

I learned of this incident from a friend who remains with the company. He, himself, was criticized for not sounding more like his peers. Moreover, this was not a meeting of the rank and file, but of the supervisors of this communications company.

Well, I have gone on at length in an attempt to sound erudite. Doubtless I have made many mistakes that will show me up for the inconsequential fool that I am.
The only worthwhile learning is of the Lord. But would it kill some people to properly diagram a sentence once in awhile?!

Desert: A dry wasteland, like most of Texas. Or used as a verb, to abandon (such as abandoning the Army; a "deserter").

Just Deserts: Pronounced like "desserts", but spelled "deserts", this describes what you "deserve".

"Athiest" would probably mean "the most athy", if it were a word. You're looking for "atheist". It's not a proper noun, so don't capitalize it unless it's the first word in a sentence or as part of a title.

I disagree. Atheists like to deceive people by claiming they are not a religion. However, they are a real religion based on raping children, burning down churches and murdering unborn children. Writing it as "atheist" actually helps them deceive the innocent.

Colour not color?

I believe the spelling of theword "colour" or "color" varies between countries, I know that down here in Australia it is the virst variation and the latter for the USA, much like "gray" and "grey"

Pardon my ignorance, why is it that on these forums, Jews are spelt as Joos? I have tried to use the search bar but I was unable to find an answer?

Because it is important to understand that Jews (or "Jew$" or "Joos," if you wish) rake in lots and lots of dough at the expense of God's Chosen™ people all over the world and have since the time of Christ where the loving Savior was betrayed by a filthy hook-nosed piece of vermin for -- what else but -- money (Matthew 27:1-5).

The "00"s are placeholders for the large-digit figures they make. We cannot let it be missed that their decadence is yet another spit in the face of God our Father.

"Do you realize how much "I could care less" sounds to God, when what you mean is, "I couldn't care less."

Think of God... OK?... Think how He "couldn't care less." about the Midionites. (We know this because he slaughtered them all along with the Amalkelites and the Moabites and a load of others.)

If God "could care less" then He would have cared less! He would have slaughtered them even more horribly because He still had some care left.

So remember, "I couldn't care less." is the phrase you require. e.g. "All those who do not accept Baby Jesus will burn in Hell for ever and ever, and I couldn't care less."

My niece expressed her irritation over people who misuse the word "ignorant". She pointed out that this word is often used to criticize people whose off-putting behavior should actually be described as "rude", not "ignorant", thus demonstrating the true ignorance of the people misuseing the word, which is rather ironic.

And speaking of the word "irony" . . .
