I'll have you all know that this is completely absurd. Many of the people that you claim to be goth are truly kind people and many of them are my friends. I was raised that you are to never judge a person on the way they look on the outside, that it's whats on the inside that counts. So I may never see any of you, but I can tell you are all a bunch of ugly people.

I was raised Christian, but I have since left the church, I did not like people judging me for the way that I appeared. I have blue and pink hair, several tattoos, and I am now Wiccan. I have met many more kind loving heretics than I have kind loving Christians.

I was under the belief that Christians were supposed to love all and pray for those that did not believe in your God. Apparently, that was silly of me.

I'm proud the person that I am. I'm a great daughter, sister, and friend. I have friends from many religions and they all get along. So I don't understand why you hate everyone.

I think it is hopeless to try and explain any other religion, culture, subculter etc to this narrow minded folk. I agree with every single thing you stated here. But it makes me smile to know that not all of the people on this website think badly of Goths, Wiccans and such.

This is Ixi's sister. I don't call myself goth, emo, or any of those. Not all goths wear black all the time, have black hair and black nails and don't even feel and think like a goth, thats a FREAKIN POSER (wannabe)!!!

I wear black a lot, I admit, but sometime blue and white. I am attracted to depressing, sad music, read poetry and such. You can't mush all goths into one category, because everyone is unique. Your personality is wayyy more important then the clothes. I have been way more distant and dark in my elementry school days, so thats how I came to be who I am.

There are mall goths, fairy goths, preppy goths, rock goths, skater goths, boho goths, new age goths, victorian goths....... and you run across stupid posers.

How can you think goths are bad people? Goths are intellegent and beautiful.

You may have a point there, although I would not go so far as to describe them as "beautiful" - but their pimply skin has scrubbed up rather well, what with the contrast being set to 'bleach'.

And it does take a small measure of intelligence to be able to count; that is, keep track of the number of chins one is cultivating.
