Yeah, I´m almost sorry it came to this as well and yes it was a hissy fit. It was the 'That's insulting' bit that turned me over. Do all Icelanders act like this? Well, I can only tell you that we don't take bullshit from anyone. We've had to fight for what we have and we're sick of people waving this failed bank system in our faces like we're some kind of criminals. When I see people saying we deserve to go bankrupt and then cheering about it, I answer back.

The government you choose has to make sure that banks in your country follow international regulations for banking. Your government signed those international agreements. Your government failed to watch what was happening (probably too busy spending all the tax money it brought in). And a lot of international organizations have warned your government, long before it went wrong, but your government choose to ignore all those warnings. Again, it would be nice if just one person in Iceland would show the decency of taking some responsibility. You people are disgusting.

Well, what is done is done. Admit your sins to God and the world as your witness, repent and move on. Hopefully God will forgive you and allow you into Heaven.
