I should have read this forum more carefully. I just ordered 3 pizzas and then I noticed that they are forbidden. How should I handle pizza guy? Tell them that I don't pay for unholy food? Or should I load my riffle?

it's hard enough to remember the dietary restrictions in deuteronomy and leviticus that at least make some sense. Now you go and add a bunch of food restrictions because of some irrational fears that even seeing some of them will lead to wicked temptation. Really? If the Bible is the true word of god, and is infallible, why would we, mere humans need to add more dietary stuff restrictions when we were given dietary guidelines? Just asking. Not trying to belittle our insult. Just doesn't make sense to add rules/restrictions to "the word of god".

Sorry I misspoke. it was more of a question of, "why add more dietary rules when the diet of the righteous person is laid, out in the king's english, in Leviticus and Deuteronomy?". As for the picture of the kippers and side bar caption, I think you took that out of context. When you butterfly bone a fish, you remove the head and backbone. Leaving the chest and bottom fin. Get your mind out of the gutter.
