Jeremiah 16:19:
O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.

According to Jeremiah 16:19, the earth has ends. There is no way a spherical earth could have ends, and therefore the earth must be flat. The Book of Revelation tells a similar story:

Revelation 7:1:
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

A spherical earth cannot have corners, it is scientifically impossible. The only logical explanation is that the earth is flat. Checkmate atheists!

Maps made during ancient times described the "four corners of the Earth" because they were drawn on a two dimensional piece of paper. There is nothing threatening about the Bible (especially the New Testament Bible) describing the world in terms of the Romanised world that existed at the time. New continents, such as America, had not been discovered at the time and are therefore not mentioned. The explored world at the time the bible was written was much smaller than the world we know now. Don't be alarmed if the bible describes the know wold in such terms!

The idea that the world might actually be round was first theorised by the ancient Greeks. A major step forward in this area came from the astronomer Galilleo, who was the first to study the rings of Sarturn through his early telescopes. He risked being labeled a heretic by presenting his findings about the movememts of "wandering stars" to the Pope. He was able to correctly establish that the Earth and her companion "wandering stars" (planets) orbit the Sun.

Galilleo would have been burned as a heretic had he presented his ideas during the medieval era. Thankfully, he was born during the renaissance era, a time when human society was finally emerging from its' long dark age after the demise of the christianised Roman Empire. During the renaissance era, many of the current ideas of nonconformist Christianinty appeared. These included the idea of an ordered universe, governed by laws.

Fundamentalist movements, which deny the existance of the world, are relatively new in history. To those of us who live in Europe, the discovery of America proved that the world was round. I have no idea how to prove to an American that America exists, they should know better than I do!

Gravity makes things fall down. If the earth was round gravity would make people fall right off the underside.

Look, take a tennis ball and put a grain of rice on top of it. What happens? It sits there. That's gravity. Now turn the tennis ball upside down. Where is the grain of rice now? That's gravity too.

Since nobody falls off the Earth, it has to be flat. Idiot.

No, gravity does not make things fall DOWN, it makes them fall toward the center of a mass. The Earth is a sphere, and the center of it is pulling all of the objects toward it. The reason rice doesn't stick to a tennis ball is because two things matter with Gravity, Distance and Mass. Since we are standing on the Earth, and it is so much more massive than a tiny tennis ball it atracts more than the tennis ball does. So the grain of rice falls toward the Earth, not the ball. And the whole matter of the Earth being flat, well that's ridiculous, people have been known to circumnavigate, or sail, fly, or drive in one direction until getting to the same spot they started in. If the Earth was flat, how could circumnavigation be possible? This theory is ridiculous.

You can CLEARLY see that the moon is spherical. You do realize how ridiculous it sounds to say that everything in the universe is flat.
