Not to defend an unsaved heathen, but I have another take on this. It appears that she was referring to those posters who were attacking God's Law when she said this, not to us True Christians™. That she did not make this clear is yet another sign that she did not have her posts approved by her husband. Her words are as muddled as her pretty little female mind.

That thought has crossed my mind, but she did say "all". But we agree, she clearly is unable to post anything coherent without the help of her husband.

Hey, I've been lurking around this forum for a little over a week now and (with all due respect, it's your life your beliefs; do with it what you will) don't you think your views are a little extreme?

All right, you caught me, I'm not a complete catholic, I'm your average everyday atheist type but I'm still open to other religions.
And What I'd really like to know is this: Looking around society and the moral values it's been teaching us.

How can you guys (and girls) see yourselves as the good guys all the while saying things like a woman needs to marry her rapist or a woman needs her husband to proofread her posts.

I've always taken the bible (of which my knowledge is minimal i admit) to be a very symbolic book. Teaching morals that need to be adapted to the situation and time.
You take it really "BY THE BOOK"....


Regarding the topic my opinion is obviously to press charges on the rapist... But of course not to kill the baby, he didn't ask for anything! There's always adoption .

I've always taken the Bible (of which my knowledge is minimal i admit) to be a very symbolic book. Teaching morals that need to be adapted to the situation and time. You take it really "BY THE BOOK"....

Yes, because the same "book" has this to say:

But do NOT take a few isolated cases and turn them into the ideal example of an Atheist. We're not all unrespectful, uninterested and uncivilised.

Yes, the correct method is to present them with logical and simple science that pretty much refutes everything that they believe in!

Not too hard though, considering their beliefes are based on a book written thousands of years ago...

Just think, thousands of years from now, the people of this earth will probably be worshipping Harry Potter... He too died for man kind! Atleast his story is a bit more compelling...
