Also, if by some magical way that document was put into law, society would fall apart. It basically says that we should all live with an "every man woman and child for themselves" it talks about how everyone has the right to this and the right to that, but not one word about the responsibilities to the community. The document states that everyone has the right to food, whether or not they want to get off their butt to get it.
