There is also the question of punishment DESERVED by degrees. From birth the torments are merited by all – yet according to how one treats The Gospel, degrees of affliction over and above what a baby deserves get piled on. It is not my place to come up with an opinion, nor is it necessary when God has spelled it out so clearly. And just as there are different styles of dancing, so there is music and music.
