OBVIOUSLY it is impossible for other planets to exist. Planets are round, but our earth is flat. If planets did exist, they would be flat like the earth, not round like some people claim. Therefore, earth is the only thing that exists. John 2:13 "anyone who believe that anything exists outside of our world be exiled from God unto Hell"

Ah yes, this is an interesting subject, no? I personally don't believe in God, but I like to play with thoughts. As I earlier claimed, I'll go with the easiest solution; they do exist. But it is always entertaining to think from another perspective.

We have a hypothetical situation, in which stellar objects outside our solar system don't exist.

To achieve this, and still be able to perceive this light, God (which in this hypothetical situation does exist) would have to create the electromagnetic radiation, photons instead of stars. I mean, since he was (in this hypothetical situation) able to create a planet, why not photons?

And as light travels at the speed of light #duh, creating a line of photons, all travelling towards earth / the solar system, would create the illusion of a star. This also suggests that the existence has a finite life, as once the entire line of photons has reached earth, the star would 'disappear'

It makes sense. Well, kind of. Not really. But hey, if you can believe that the bible is true because the bible says so, I'm sure you can also believe that this is possible? No?

Actually from a biblical perspective - the bible infers other worlds. It says Jesus left the 99 to save the 1 lost - we are the 1 lost world. thus, one can infer that there are the other 99 worlds out there. However, not in our solar system. we are under quaranntine becoz of our sin, thus we can not contact or see them.
Additionally, in reference to the fig tree story in the bible - check out the falling stars of 1833 - they were described as falling exactly like the scripture describes.
There is much to be learned from the bible and Gods creation. The reason God created the stars is for a testimony about Him, the Creator. So sinners separted from God can still learn about Him
If you want to learn more about bible prophecy read the book "Daniel and the Revelation by Uriah Smith" - it sheds alot of credible light on the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. Prophecy is one of the main tools God uses to testify of Himself and to convince the sinners mind of the supernatural nature of His Word - the Bible.

Genesis 1:14-18 "14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, 18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good."

Nothing about a "testimony" in there.

Not the way I read it: Jesus was talking about sheep and sheep are different from planets because planets are not covered in wool and sheep don't have people living on top of them.

The question of planets is truly unimportant. Planets were postulated by people who looked at the firmament and, being sinners, they failed to find God. Thus, to excuse their failure, they invented planets.

Planet theory is thus a distraction and, to be honest, there is no point knowing if there are planets or not - that knowledge (if knowledge it be) is just taking up space in the brain that could be better occupied by a Godly thought or two.

I mean, If suddenly, God announced there was a planet, how would that help your journey to heaven or anything else for that matter? It's not as if we have any hope of or wish to go there.

I think that the earth is not only flat, but also immobile. Scientists claim earth is rotating. As it happens I had a day off a week ago and decided to make a Christian experiment. I stood in place for 24hours, jumping up every 2 seconds. Now, had the earth moved under my feet, I would get closer to my house which of course did not happen. I was exactly in the same place!
