    Jesus IS God

we can all choose our own way of life.
God made the world and everything in it. His knowledge is perfect.

Our knowledge is meagre and flawed - meagre because we are just a small part of Creation and therefore we cannot entirely understand it and flawed because we have all been contaminated by sin.

Psalm 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquitie: and in sinne did my mother conceiue me.

God has explained that most of the choices we would make lead to the everlasting torment of eternity in HELL - but that is not why we follow His commandments. Jesus puts it like this:

John 14:15 If ye loue me, keepe my commandements.

Despite the disgraceful behaviour of Eve I Timothy 2:14 God has made a way for us to be redeemed from the certainty of everlasting torture - the future that is guaranteed to billions of self willed wretches who have "chosen their own way of life" - so that we may be with Him forever!

    I JOHN 5
    2
By this wee know that wee loue the children of God, when we loue God and keepe his commandements.
3 For this is the loue of God, that we keepe his commandements, and his commandements are not grieuous.
4 For whatsoeuer is borne of God, ouercommeth the world, and this is the victorie that ouercommeth the world, euen our faith.
5 Who is he that ouercommeth the world, but he that beleeueth that Iesus is the Sonne of God?
6 This is hee that came by water and blood, euen Iesus Christ, not by water onely, but by water and blood: and it is the Spirit that beareth witnesse, because the Spirit is trueth.
7 For there are three that beare record in heauen, the Father, the Word, and the holy Ghost: and these three are one.

I do belive that Fi-Fi-Foe was saying
Denmark is a very beautiful country - God made a good job creating it.
And i must say Jesus is not 100% rejected, I am still here trying to reintruduce Jesus, and the KJV 1611.... And i do know a few other Denmarkians try the same, but at the moment we are out numbered.

At least it shows me how much you know about Denmark.

Thanx for all of your replies, must say I'm still not convinced. I'll try to look around, and see if I can find good solid arguments on why I should follow God. Until now it's just been bible quotes, but sorry it doesn't do it for me. I need arguments based on why people chose to be christian, who are the people behind the quotes?

              What's going on here?

Are you trying to find God or a boyfriend? I'm afraid we choose to be True Christians™ precisely because we read the Bible and saw God for who He truly is, often in spite of the best efforts of fluffy bunny false Christians to convince us otherwise.

If you had seen God as He actually is in the Bible then you too would feel as we do that people need to know and love the Bible in the same way we do as the one word of truth on what it means to be a Christian.

So we're bound to quote the Bible. How else can we show people what God actually wants us to behave like?

I don't know about you, I'm not looking for a boyfriend. If you have trouble finding one, I can probably hook you up with one of my friends.

Ok so you have to quote the bible. But still, I can not feel the person behind it. It's just reciting from a book, and to me it's not really arguments. Why do you need the bible or God to tell you what to do or how to live? If you're a rational human being, you're able to make healthy judgements without the bible. I concider myself a nice guy, willing to do the best I can for my family, friends and people in general. But you're right, I don't pray, I rarely go to church, does that make me a bad person and is that the only way into heaven? If heaven really do excist?

You shouldn't hang around with queers.

(Amos 3:3) "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"

(Leviticus 10:10) "And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean."

                  Etc., etc.

How can anybody make "healthy judgements" without considering what God, who made us and made the world and everything in it, has to say on the subject? And especially: how can you make a rational decision about GOD when you DISREGARD everything He says? You can't. That's like saying I'm going to make a “rational decision” on the subject of potatoes - but excluding all information about vegetables.

First, we probably see the creation from different viewpoints. I don't believe that GOD made this world and everything in it. I'm not saying you're wrong, but we have different oppinions on the matter.
Second. I'm not talking on rational dicisions about GOD, I'm talking about rational dicisions in everyday life. I make lots of dicisions everyday that I concider rational, I believe you do to. But are my decisions irrational since I don't bring GOD into the equation?

It's not up to me (or anyone, for that matter) to tell you who to associate with: I was simply telling you what God said via Scripture. If you choose to disregard The Word of God that is, by definition, your choice.

But did he say that you can't associate with homosexuals, or was he refering to sex between people of the same sex? I'm by the way happily married to my wife. So for me it's pure friendship with my homosexual friends.

By associating with queers you are giving your tacit approval of their deathstyle, which God considers an abomination (Lev. 18:22, etc.).

I really can't state it more clearly than the two Bible verses I provided for you above. If you cannot glean their meaning I must consider the possibility that you are being intentionally obstinate for the sake of argument (I pray that isn't the case).

I don't intend to to be obstinate just for the sake of argument. But I disagree we you. You can think I'm being obstinate, but that is not the intention. I like the debate and the arguments. To me it's difficult to relate to a book (The Holy Bible) that tells me what I should think of other people. I know you're reffering to the words of GOD and that he knows everything, since he created it all. But to me all people are eaqual, and should be treated eaqually. It doesn't matter if they're black/white, homo/hetro, religeous/atheists.
